Buddha aka Onion head is another new addition. Sweetest baby at 1, completely house trained, dog friendly, crate trained now, and great with all my ducks and chickens. I have not decided yet about his getting adopted. He gets neutered tomorrow! He looks like a Frenchie Bulldog cross. Pure muscle in spite of his shorty stature!

We lost Brynn last night. She had her dental some weeks ago and was doing well and her appetite had improved. I watched her trot happily into the yard yesterday! Yesterday evening she collapsed and couldn't rise. Jay carried her in. When I arrived home from the ER I drove myself to bc of a stupid bee sting (apparently I am allergic now???) she was breathing fast and a bit labored. I gave her a furosemide and sat with her but within a short time she was taking her final breaths. I spoke to her and kissed her and loved on her. She has been with us for many years and was not a spring chicken when she arrived. She had a foster mom for a couple of those years but was returned so she could get a dental and never picked up by her foster mom. It made me sad for her but we loved her and she was happy. I can see you running across that bridge to get ur wings. Fly Brynn.

These babies are doing a fundraiser for transport driver Jenna who is currently on a transport. She has Apollo and Tierney on transport right now along with other dogs. And these kiddos are doing a fundraiser for her and I'm so proud of them and they're not even mine! My girls would have done something like this when they were young cuz they were raised right.

Found tied to a pole in a WPB Park. Of course this baby is scared😪. Able to be looped and walked but did not like being muzzled in clinic for processing 😭

All Celine needs is love. Please someone give her a chance🙏🏻. A FOSTER or ADOPTER will save her life🙏🏻‼️🙏🏻

‼️WEST PALM BEACH FL-Celine Dion - Urgent Rescue Pickup Needed by Wednesday, October 23rd @ 6.00 p.m.🚨🚨

This stunning looking girl was found tied to a pole in a park in WPB.

Behaviors Observed: Very fearful, thrashing and continued signs of FAS.

Clinic staff reported that she was easily loop leashed and took her for a walk. They walked her to the clinic for processing but she was reactive to being muzzled and she thrashes when her face is touched.

Volunteer Notes: Friendly yet frightened. Volunteer was able to pet her a little bit.
She would rather be in the kennel versus the yard.

Request to Rescues: This beautiful girl needs urgent rescue due to her very fearful behavior. She will need a loving home with someone who can give her lots of time, space and TLC as she decompresses and learns to be with people. She may need to work with a professional trainer on her social skills prior to being in an adoption program. Due her behavior here, she is sadly not a candidate for our public adoption program.

One of my rescue dogs who got adopted lost his mom last year. Her boyfriend's family{?} kept Dasher. Somehow he ended up in the Plano shelter as a stray. They traced his chip to Dallas Animal Shelter and ME. {His chip did not xfr properly to FiNano.} they called me. I sent them 6 pages of proof including his chip number, screenshots of his adopter's application, and his petstablished file. They went ahead and returned him to the person who allowed him to get loose. now that's not to say I wouldn't have gone ahead and placed him back with them because he knows them and he is a senior. however y'all need to be aware that Plano has decided they don't have to follow rules and they're just going to adopt the dog out to whomever they want. forget about the fact that I am the one who spent money on that dog and adopted him out very carefully. and it's in the adoption contract that the dog has to be returned to the rescue if the owner should pass away. y'all better be careful dealing with Plano Animal services because they don't deal on the level. I'm so angry I can't even tell you. and I had to file a public information act request to get the adopter's name and number for a dog who is mine.
