We aim to impact the severe overpopulation problem in the south by not only rescuing animals, but also helping through educating the public, community outreach, foster networks, and transport programs. Our building is being remodeled but we aren't letting that slow us down! We are actively saving animals thanks to a network of local foster families. Since we are small and we cannot take every anim

al in need (as much as that breaks our hearts) we focus on the more desperate cases - animals starving in the streets, sick, mangy, or injured animals. We have big goals, big dreams, and hope sincerely that you will help us make a difference for all of us. Mailing Address:

14 animals in the cab of the tundra plus 10 in the back camper . Scars van was having trouble so i made the trip to msu in Jamie’s truck so all the animals could get to their spay neuter appointment. 🙃😆luckily the cats got quiet after about an hour 😵‍💫( anyway the back seat room in this truck is amazing as it held 12 pet carriers and two in the passenger seat!)

To the sweet lady that donated this blanket and bed a few days ago, Ruthie has claimed them. She makes us carry her to bed on them in the evenings and they have to be put in this spot in the morning where she can sun bathe on them or she screams at us. A day in the life 🤣 Hank and Paisley have been chosen for transport and need to have f***l tests done. Instead of stressing them out with a ride to the vet, our staff bottled up the samples, our office manager tossed them in her purse to head off to the vet!

Matty is one of the sweetest and most spoiled babies that we have. Our hearts broke for him and his mom when he had to be surrendered, but know he will find another great home. He is crate and potty trained, he will put himself to bed when he is ready. He does get along with everyone. However, when he is done playing, he will definitely let his canine friends know to leave him alone. He does good with older kids, but seems to have the temperament of a little old man, so he would do best in a home without really young children. He loves to snuggle with you under his special blankies!

Goooooood morning everyone!! We just wanted to remind everyone that we are at FULL capacity and can’t take anyone in at the moment. We are not an open admission shelter (animal control and shelters with government contracts are). We are also having to move to an appointment ONLY schedule as of right now. We know this is an inconvenience for some people, but this is how we’ve found things work best for everyone involved. We are always available here and on our email to answer questions and make appointments, you can also call and leave a message and we will get back to you that way (if you leave an email address we may be able to get back to you sooner). There is a black box on the side of our building next to our door where we will have our list of other area rescues if you are looking to surrender, and you can also leave any notes for us you have in there. Thank you all so much for your support and understanding ❤️❤️❤️❤️
