We aim to impact the severe overpopulation problem in the south by not only rescuing animals, but also helping through educating the public, community outreach, foster networks, and transport programs. Our building is being remodeled but we aren't letting that slow us down! We are actively saving animals thanks to a network of local foster families. Since we are small and we cannot take every anim

al in need (as much as that breaks our hearts) we focus on the more desperate cases - animals starving in the streets, sick, mangy, or injured animals. We have big goals, big dreams, and hope sincerely that you will help us make a difference for all of us. Mailing Address:

Update on sweet Mazkeen!! She is healing really well and doing great with her foster. Her hair is starting to grow back, she now has a good bit of peach fuzz all over! Mazkeen is a happy little girl, loves to snuggle and play with her foster mom and her canine/feline foster brothers and sisters!

Our boys are headed back to school and will be out of commission for most of the school year, so we are looking for 1-2 part time kennel technicians to help us out!! Flexible schedule, weekends as needed, fun (in our opinion!) work environment, and lots of doggy and kitty kisses!! When we got Tucker, he wasn't a very happy guy. His owner had passed away and was obviously upset over it. He snapped at staff and tried to bite, but after a couple of weeks, he realized that we could be trusted. He has allowed us to get him groomed and all fixed up, and now this happy little old man is loving life with his foster!

Uno, Skip, Puppyfoot, and Spade have all been with the same foster for over a year. This sweet, sweet woman is getting overwhelmed with four energetic lab mixes along with all of her other animals. It has been hot hot HOT and we have one little fish that is super excited to get to play in the water! Paisley LOVES to swim and play in the water, and has been giving us subtle hints (knocking her water bowl over to play in it every day) that she wants to go swimming. So, she’s got a kiddie pool to swim in, and hasn’t been knocking over her water bowl! If you’re looking for a lake/creek buddy for the summer, Paisley would be a PERFECT fit!!
