Join us for Happy Ratters! It’s a FUN, instinct-based enrichment activity where dogs search for pet rats safely housed in tubes and boxes while working through tunnels, bridges, barrels, boxes, and other urban-style challenges.

Using their incredible sense of smell and natural hunting instincts, dogs work through puzzles and obstacles to locate their ratties while building confidence, independence, and teamwork with their people.🐀

Our beginner-friendly classes are designed to introduce dogs and handlers to the games, skills, and concepts used in Happy Ratters. No prior experience is needed. Dogs who play in Barn Hunt and NASDA can also hop right in!

And if you discover that your dog LOVES the game, there are opportunities to compete and earn points, titles, and ribbons, too! Join us for our upcoming Summer League.

Our Happy Ratters teams worked through a variety of urban-style challenges while using their noses to locate our pet ratties, who are always safely continued in tubes and boxes. Water play is one of Heist's favorite ways to stay active, burn energy, and have fun during the warmer months.

One of our favorite Happy Ratters games is Road Rage! Dogs use their noses to search for safely contained rats hidden throughout the search area. In this game, the rats are hidden in tubes, and it's up to your dog to solve the puzzle and locate them.

This is just one of the many games we love to play in Happy Ratters!
