A few house rules for the haunting: keep candy out of paw’s reach, secure the front door against escape artists, and give pets a quiet retreat from the festivities. Costumes are optional—being adorable is already a full-time job. 🧡

👀 The Creature from Beneath the Bed
Two glowing eyes. One suspicious rustle. And a paw that reminds you your ankles are technically within reach. 🐈‍⬛

Before you call an exorcist, it’s probably just your cat enjoying some privacy.

Why do cats hide under the bed?
🛏️ It feels safe. A sheltered spot lets them stay tucked away while keeping an eye on what’s happening.
💤 They want uninterrupted rest. Apparently, “just one more forehead kiss” is not part of their nap schedule.
🙀 Something feels overwhelming. Visitors, loud noises, new pets or changes at home can send them seeking a quieter space.
🩺 They may not feel well. Pain or illness can also cause cats to hide, especially if it’s a new habit or they’re hiding more than usual.
