🛒✨ Treat Yourself Thursday… except today, treat a rescue dog! ✨🛒

If you’ve been following along lately, you’ve probably noticed we’ve been moving at lightning speed trying to save as many dogs as possible. The truth is, we’re actually behind on sharing all of the amazing dogs we’ve already welcomed because we’ve been so busy saying YES to dogs that need us.

And while medical bills are always a huge part of rescue, supplies are too.

Every leash, collar, dog bed, bowl, and bottle of dewormer that arrives from our Amazon Wishlist is one less thing we have to purchase ourselves. Every item donated allows us to put more of our rescue funds toward vet care, emergency surgeries, medications, and saving the next dog.

This month alone, we’ve already saved/preparing to save over 20 dogs. 🤯🐾

We’ve taken in senior bulldogs, owner surrenders, breeder dogs, shelter dogs, and we’re preparing to welcome as many as 12 more dogs this weekend. We are also hoping to save yet another dog from the shelter.

🐾 We unintentionally skipped a day yesterday posting Bill and Betty, but we’re back today… and we’ll continue posting them until we find them a foster home. ❤️

There is an out of state foster opportunity for Bill and Betty!We are expanding our foster search beyond Las Vegas and will consider homes in surrounding states within about a 4–5 hour drive.

Bill Murray and Betty White are approximately 10-year-old senior Old English Bulldogs who have been through so much.

These two ended up at the shelter after what we believe was a tragic situation involving their owner. They were left abandoned in a home for at least a week before Animal Control was called. There were originally three dogs. One required emergency surgery, another female, that sadly passed away at the shelter, and Bill and Betty were separated.

Thankfully, we were able to save them both. 🙏

Bill and Betty are a bonded pair, and we strongly believe they are brother and sister. They have spent their entire lives together and must stay together.

We are DESPERATELY seeking a foster home for them.

Honestly, these may be the easiest fosters you’ll ever have. They sleep most of the day, enjoy scritches, and simply want to be near their people.

We’ve completed bloodwork and X-rays, and overall they’re doing quite well for seniors. They are currently battling kennel cough from their shelter stay and are on medication while we monitor them. We did have to reschedule their spay/neuter and mass removal to next week to let them feel better first.

Right now, they’re being rotated and confined in their temp foster home because they do not do well with other dogs. It’s nobody’s fault, but it’s not the life they deserve. They want to be part of a family, not behind a gate. 🥺

🚨 URGENT LAS VEGAS AREA FOSTERS NEEDED 🚨

Many of you saw our recent post asking for fosters so we could help a group of dogs in need. Last night, we were contacted about EIGHT MORE dogs that need placement.

We have marked each photo with their gender—there is only ONE boy in the group. These dogs range in age from approximately 1½ to 3 years old and are breeder surrenders looking for a chance at a better life.

At this time, these dogs are NOT available for adoption. They still need to be fully vetted, and honestly, we know very little about them other than their gender. What we do know is that they deserve a safe place to land.

We are looking for fosters in Las Vegas and the surrounding areas who can help these dogs decompress and learn what it’s like to be a real dog in a loving home. Many of them have likely never experienced the comfort, attention, and care that every dog deserves.

Our goal is to pick them up on Saturday, but we cannot do that without committed foster homes.

🐶✨ Welcome to the rescue, June! ✨🐶

This sweet little nugget’s stray hold is officially up today, and we’ll be picking her up from the shelter this evening. ❤️

We’re naming her June, and honestly, we’re not even 100% sure if she’s a Frenchie or a little bully mix yet—but we’ll find out soon enough! 🐾

Over the next few days, we’ll be getting to know her, assessing her medical needs, evaluating how she does with other dogs, and making sure she’s set up for success. We are so excited to welcome her to safety. We will be looking for a foster within the next few days🥰

We know there is sometimes criticism when rescues pull bulldogs and Frenchies from shelters before the public has a chance to adopt them. We understand those feelings. However, the reality is that many bulldogs come with significant medical needs that aren’t always obvious at first glance. Respiratory issues, skin disease, allergies, orthopedic concerns, eye problems, and more are incredibly common in these breeds. 😔

Unfortunately, many of these dogs are adopted with the best intentions, only to be returned when medical expenses become overwhelming. That return to the shelter can be incredibly traumatic for a dog. And reality is the vetting process at the shelter is poor to say the least.

When we step in, we commit to providing every bit of medical care they need, ensuring they are fully evaluated, treated, and placed in homes that understand the breed and are prepared for the responsibility. ❤️

While our primary focus will always be saving dogs on euthanasia lists, when we see a dog like June—older, struggling, and in need of help—we feel compelled to step up when we can.

We’re also currently reviewing another female frenchie on the euthanasia list and hope to share more information soon. 🙏

🚨 We are going to post Bill Murray & Betty White EVERY SINGLE DAY until we find them a foster home. 🚨

These babies desperately need help. 💔

We did a live yesterday and have received absolutely no foster interest. Right now they are staying with the president of the rescue, but they NEED to be the only dogs in the home. Because of that, they are confined and separated behind gates for much of the day… and it’s starting to break them. 😞

They don’t want much. Just a couch, belly rubs, naps, and freedom to enjoy their golden years together.

This morning Betty White refused breakfast. She cries when confined and Bill Murray hates going back behind the gate. 😫 Watching them be confined is heartbreaking. They are safe and loved, but this is not the life these seniors deserve. 💔

Bill Murray & Betty White are approximately 10-year-old Old English Bulldogs surrendered to our local Las Vegas shelter. Based on the information we received, we suspect something may have happened to their owner. They were reportedly left alone in a home for a week before Animal Control was called.

Despite everything, they are incredibly sweet dogs and overall healthy. 🩷

✨ Arthritis, as expected for seniors
✨ Betty White is being treated for a UTI
✨ Bill Murray has a chest mass being removed & biopsied Friday during surgery
✨ They are now on supplements and antibiotics and already starting to flourish

We are giving them the care they deserve but they deserve to thrive!!

They MUST stay together. We strongly suspect they are siblings, and they are extremely bonded. They may not love other dogs, but they absolutely love each other. They are sooo easy and would be such a rewarding duo to foster🙏

We provide ALL medical care, supplies, and support for fosters. We normally only foster in Las Vegas, but for these two we are willing to consider fosters within surrounding states about 4–5 hours away. We will help coordinate transport.

Zipper, aka Sugar, is still waiting for her forever home. I mean look at that face! She is proud to be so cute and waiting for someone to feel the same! 💕

This tiny little 3 year old Frenchie is basically perfect. 🥹

Zipper was found dumped in a wash alongside an English bulldog named Bro. Thankfully, Bro has already found his forever family… but sweet little Zipper continues to wait, and we honestly can’t understand why.

At just about 20 pounds, Zipper is the perfect petite French bulldog. She’s incredibly sweet, loves everyone she meets, and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. ❤️

She’s your classic quirky, silly, high-energy Frenchie that keeps everyone laughing. She loves toys, loves playing with her foster sister, loves making new friends, and when playtime is over, she’s more than happy to cuddle up for a nap. 🧸✨

✅ Healthy & happy

Zipper has had a few minor ear infection issues, but otherwise she is a healthy little girl who is SO ready to finally find the forever family she deserves. 🏡

💕 Love is looking for love… her TRUE love. ❤️

A few months ago, Love was adopted, and we truly hoped she had found her forever home. Unfortunately, despite everyone’s best efforts, Love and the resident Frenchie in the home were not able to get along, and she has been returned to rescue.

When Love first came to us as a breeder surrender, she lived in a foster home with multiple dogs and did very well. However, since her return, we’ve realized that while Love can coexist around other dogs, she truly wants to be the one and only dog in her forever home. 🏡

Love is back with her previous foster, who absolutely adores her. She is incredibly affectionate, playful, cuddly, goofy, and beyond adorable. 🥹 She loves people, is great with kids, and truly just wants a family to call her own.

She does coexist well with the other dogs in her foster home, but when energy levels rise, Love can become reactive. She redirects well and listens, but we feel she will be happiest and most successful as an only dog.

🚫 Please do not apply for Love if you currently have other dogs. We have other wonderful dogs who may be a better fit.

Love is about 3 years old, healthy overall, and weighs about 26 lbs, though she could stand to lose a pound or two 😆 She has a tiny cosmetic cleft lip that gives her the cutest quirky little smile. She also has a small papilloma on her lip that her vet expects to fall off on its own, along with some mild Frenchie allergy issues.

We truly believe Love is going to be someone’s soul dog. ❤️

👀 DESPERATE PLEA FOR FOSTERS 👀

We’ve been begging for weeks… and we’re asking again. 💔

Right now, we have requests to take in SEVEN French Bulldogs from two different breeders- some pictures here. Most of them are dog friendly, all but one are female, and we desperately want to say yes and get them out before they are bred again.

We also have a little male owner surrender pictured first, and our senior Old English pair pictured last.

But we cannot save the breeder surrenders if we have nowhere for them to go. 😞

Our homes are FULL. We need our community now more than ever.

• Fosters with friendly, social dogs
• Las Vegas & surrounding area fosters ONLY

💔 $5 Friday 💔

Everyone knows the dogs we took in this week… because we posted them Wednesday. But unfortunately, those posts barely reached people and we’ve raised very, very little support for them. 😞

So today we’re asking for something incredibly important: PLEASE help us share. 🙏 Like, comment, send words of encouragement, tag friends, anything to help these dogs be seen.

This week was supposed to be 2 dogs from our local shelter… but it became 3.

Tiny little Posey 🥺 a 20 lb Frenchie, was found in labor. During her emergency C-section at the shelter, they discovered 2 very large puppies had already passed away. 💔

We got Posey to the vet last night for bloodwork and evaluation. She’s very skinny and still has concerning discharge, so we strongly suspect infection brewing internally. Unfortunately, she was not started on antibiotics at the shelter, so we immediately started treatment. She heads to a wonderful foster today and she is SUCH a sweet girl. We’re so grateful she’s safe.

Then there’s Betty White & Bill Murray ❤️

We requested Betty, but noticed she came in with 2 other bulldogs. One sadly passed away after emergency surgery at the shelter. We were able to save Bill Murray too, and we strongly suspect these two are bonded siblings. 🥺

Their bloodwork is pending, but both have severe arthritis and significant bowing in their front legs. Betty is producing milk, but x-rays showed no puppies, so vets suspect a pseudo pregnancy triggered by whatever these dogs recently went through.

Bill also has a very suspicious bleeding mass on his chest that the vet is extremely concerned about. They are scheduled next Friday for spay/neuter and Bill’s mass removal surgery.

We desperately need help covering:

We believe Betty and Bill are bonded siblings who have spent their entire lives together. Their reunion after being separated at the shelter was one of the most emotional things we’ve witnessed in a long time. 🥹

They are currently in a temporary foster home, but we urgently need a foster willing to take BOTH dogs together. At this time, we are looking for a home where they can be the only dogs or safely separated from resident dogs until we learn more.

These beautiful Frenchies are breeder surrenders who are still waiting to come into rescue.

Beyoncé (the chocolate girl) needs an only-dog foster home, as she only gets along with her daughter. Pocahontas (the black and tan girl) is dog-friendly and can be fostered separately or together.

We are desperate to secure placement so we can bring these girls into rescue before they are bred again.
