Today we celebrate dogs of all breeds, backgrounds, and walks of life...beloved family pets, service dogs, and the working dogs who serve and protect. It’s also a day to raise awareness for the countless dogs still waiting for their chance at a better life, because every dog deserves a safe and loving home.🏡💞

You say "jump," Fiona says "HOW HIGH?!" 😂🤸‍♀️

Fiona is absolutely crushing her foster's agility course and proving that when she has a job to do, she's ALL in. This 45 lb cattle dog/shepherd mix is smart, athletic, ridiculously happy, and always ready for her next adventure!

And underneath all that speed and drive is a goofy, affectionate girl who loves her people, loves to snuggle, and somehow manages to make everyone around her happier just by existing.❤️ Fiona's also a dream in the house - potty trained, tidy, and not destructive. She has excellent off leash skills and recall, and she's been professionally trained in things like leash skills/heeling, sit, down, place, off, free, and kennel.

Fiona is looking for an experienced adopter who understands high-drive working breeds. Someone with cattle dog experience would be especially ideal - she needs a person who will appreciate her need for mental and physical stimulation. We know that person is somewhere out there!!

During his training program, Auggie made wonderful progress in his obedience, confidence, and ability to work through new environments. He is a smart, driven young dog who enjoys learning and thrives with clear structure and leadership. Auggie is dog friendly and loves his people.🧡

Due to unforeseen changes in his family's living situation, they have made the difficult decision to find Auggie a home that can better meet his needs long-term. Our goal is to help him transition into a home where he can continue to succeed.

Auggie would be an excellent fit for an active family committed to providing continued training, structure, and enrichment appropriate for his age and breed mix.

🤗Meet Ben: Certified Hug Expert!🤗

Ben is proof that sometimes all a dog needs is someone willing to see their potential.💜💜

Ben is a Poodle mix (possibly with lab) who is around 3 years old and 70 pounds. He's house trained, kennel trained, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, will be microchipped, and neuter scheduled.

Ben has an enormous heart and so much love to give. His favorite thing in the world is being close to his people, especially if it means giving one of his signature gentle hugs.🫂He's incredibly affectionate with goofy, enthusiastic energy and does wonderfully with other dogs - he's very tolerant and enjoys canine companionship.

Before coming into our care, Ben had a difficult start to life... He was underweight, suffering from significant skin and coat issues, and desperately in need of medical care and compassion. His coat is starting to recover, and every day he looks and feels a little more like the dog he was always meant to be.🐩

Prior to us, Ben was unfortunately recommended for behavioral euthanasia. Thankfully, our trainer saw the dog Ben truly was beneath everything he'd been through. Given time to decompress with structure and guidance, Ben has shown just how eager he is to learn and how deeply he wants to connect with people. He responds well to training - he's making great progress and listens well when redirected. We've identified some resource guarding that we're addressing, and Ben has been responsive to guidance.

Ben is available as a foster-to-adopt. The foster period is free and gives everyone the opportunity to ensure it's the right fit while we continue supporting his success. If you're looking for a dog with endless love to give and you're willing to continue helping him become the very best version of himself, Ben just might be your perfect match!
