Holiday Appointments, Important Salon Reminders & A Small Favor!
Dear A Pooch Parlor Clients,
The holidays are fast approaching, and our appointment book is filling up quickly! We encourage everyone to schedule your pet's grooming appointments now to ensure your furry family members are looking their best for the holiday season! We do have several Saturdays available in Nov. and Dec.
We would also like to share a few important reminders to help our salon run smoothly.
Salon Hours & Pickup Times
Please remember that we DO NOT have a set closing time. While we typically finish grooming between 2:00 and 3:00 PM, our finishing time varies depending on the day's schedule.
Please DO NOT assume your pet will be ready at the same time as previous visits. Every day is different, and there may be occasions when your pet's grooming takes longer than you are accustomed to due to unforeseen situations.
Important: Contact Information
It is extremely important that we have current, working contact numbers for all clients. We have experienced issues with some of our calls not reaching clients' cell phones.
If you have NOT heard from us by 3:00 PM, PLEASE call the salon to check whether your pet is ready. We don't want your pet waiting unnecessarily because a call or notification did not go through.
Specific Pickup Times
If you need your pet ready by a specific time, this MUST be discussed and arranged at the time of scheduling. Please do not assume we can accommodate a particular pickup time on the day of your appointment.
Our goal is always to provide each pet with the time, attention, and quality care they deserve.
