🤣 This phrase gave me a good giggle this morning.

Agility is such an awesome sport for people of all ages - so many women enter the sport in their 20's and 30's and end up using the sport as a way to keep their bodies moving as they mature...there's always "one more" agility pup in you!

Not only is it good for keeping fit, but it's also great for building lifelong friendships and beating loneliness as a senior which sadly is so rife in Australia.
