We're always eager to add more members to our KMF family! Klear Mont Farms is owned and operated by Kim Pratt, who has ridden Grand Prix and been a trainer at several barns throughout Western Washington. Kim's experience in the ring has given her a wonderful perspective when it comes to training. She is known for her uncanny ability to match up horses and riders to make the perfect team! KMF rider

s range from beginners to advanced, and can be seen at local rated shows such as Cascade Horse Shows to Canadian showparks like Milner Downs and Thunderbird. School horses are available for those without their own horse; board and training packages are available for students with their own horse. KMF features an outdoor ring as well as an enclosed indoor arena, paddocks, two barns, wash rack and two tack rooms. Another summer show in the books! Every show is about progress, and a lot of progress was made this week. Very proud of all of our Riders!
Highlights include:

Lexi- consistent rounds all week, topped off with a WIN in the 0.70/ 0.80 m jumper classic! 🐎🏆

Alia- Champion and Reserve Champion in the 0.70m divisions, with several firsts and a 6th in the Classic.🚛🥇

Annabelle- several easy, confidence-boosting rounds. Fastest time in the Classic, only thwarted by a karate kick to a cow. 🥋🐄

Avery- some great ring time for her last show!🧀🌻

Kim- solid 1.10m rounds over tough tracks with the young horse.💋💥

Kenna- Smooth rides in the 1.0m allowed her to bump up to the 1.10ms for another fantastic round!↗️👑

Danielle- Flourished with a switch to hunters, bringing home Champion and two Reserves in the 2'3"!😍🦀

Kathy- Amazing rounds on her beloved Charley, a rainbow of ribbons, and more confident than ever!🦅🍀

Looking for a young horse with all the potential? 😍

Introducing Simply Southern, a 2020 Hanoverian mare originally from the Spruce Meadows breeding program. "Brie" is athletic, beautiful, kind, and scopey, and is ready to move up the ranks. She has shown up to 0.90m by a junior over the last year and a half, from Sonoma to Thunderbird, and is currently schooling 1.10m. She rides the same at shows as she does at home- minimal prep, minimal antics. Not for a true beginner as she is still young, but PERFECT for a capable junior or amateur in a program. We've enjoyed having her with us and wish we had someone in barn for her!

Moderate show record due to owner's rigorous senior year schedule.

Three horses available for partial leases (one available for partial or full lease) in-barn only at Klear Mont Farms!

Two would be suitable for showing, with lots of local experience; the third is an at-home ride only but loves the trails. Flexible terms on all three. Great for 2'6" and below.

turned out to be a very nice show for Klear Mont Farms!
- 💋 CATOKISS and Kim Pratt moved up to the 1.10s in his first rated horse show in the US! Bright future for this young horse. Thank you Hoffman Investments for the ride.
- 🧠 LUXPURE Z and Catherine Bender began their hunt for the medals, with a 4th in the THIS Children's Medal and good building jumper rounds!
- 🍑 GEORGIA ON MY MIND and Catherine Jacobsen took great ribbons in the 0.90s and 1.0m, with CHAMPION in the 1.0m division and 3rd in the 0.90-1.0m Accumulator class with a 1.10m high option! Thank you for the ride.
- 💃 FABULEUSE DE L'AUTROT and Annabelle Metzgar had several quality rounds, with a lot of learning and some serious TURNING AND BURNING!
- 🦀 BELLE DE JOUR and Danielle Vance returned to the big show ring after nearly a year hiatus, for a double champion in the 0.60s and high point amateur!

We are so thankful for all our horses!

The infamous Monroe weather held out for the most part, with a cold but generally SUNNY week.
