This month, we're celebrating two special work anniversaries — Holly, who’s been with us for an incredible 9 years, and Cassandra, who’s hitting her 2-year mark! 🥳

If you’ve ever called or walked through our front doors, chances are you’ve been greeted by one (or both!) of these awesome ladies. As Client Care Coordinators, Holly and Cassandra are the friendly voices on the phone, the smiling faces at the desk, and the calm in the storm when things get busy. 💙

Holly brings a ton of knowledge, a great sense of humor, and a calm, dependable presence that keeps our front desk running smoothly — she’s truly one of a kind. Cassandra brings so much heart to her role, with a welcoming smile, a positive attitude, and a natural ability to make both clients and pets feel right at home.
