Your Role:
• Providing an elite-level of customer service, with a high degree of energy and charisma
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the lobby, exam rooms, and other public areas
• Comfortable navigating conversations surrounding our wide array of services and products
• Answering phones, providing/receiving information and directing calls as needed
• Schedule appointments
• Payment management, accepting cash/check/credit, and PM reconciliation
• Cross-train into other areas of the business when applicable
• Perform other duties as assigned

Did you know? Dogs must be 24 months or older for OFA Hip and Elbow certification, and 12 months or older for Cardiac, Patellas, and Thyroid certification. There is no age minimum for eye certification, nor for DNA, since DNA does not change as the dog ages.

The OFA also does Preliminary evaluations on hips and elbows before 24 months of age. However, they will need to be re-evaluated again for a final certification once the dog reaches 24 months.

Individual breeds may have different minimum age requirements for their CHIC program, which is determined by their parent club.

We are a busy practice that provides high quality veterinary care to the community of Snohomish. We have a new facility with new equipment. Your pet's rabies vaccine must be up to date and cannot have lapsed.
