Today's the day! See ya later 😊

Last but not least we're celebrating Lisa, our amazing manager at Hawk Ridge Animal Hospital! Lisa has been with us since the very beginning and has played such a pivotal role in helping our hospital grow into what it is today. From creating team schedules and managing inventory to jumping in behind the front desk on busy days, we couldn't do it without her. We see and appreciate all that you do for us, Lisa!

We know you love our vet receptionists, and we do, too! The front desk requires teamwork, multi-tasking, medical knowledge, calmness in stressful moments, and a whole lot of patience, and our receptionist crew handles it all with grace and cool 💙

Carol helps keep Hawk Ridge running seamlessly, from keeping the hospital tidy and welcoming (yes, that includes wiping paw prints off the windows!) to handling behind-the-scenes details and organizing team celebrations. Her thoughtfulness and attention to the little things make Hawk Ridge a better place for both our crew and the pets and people who come through our doors. Thanks for all you do, Carol! 😇

The extra hands, helping hearts, and behind-the-scenes support that keep our hospital moving! Vet assistants help prepare for appointments and procedures, assist with patients, keep things clean and organized, and are always stepping in and stepping up however needed. Their work makes a difference throughout the entire hospital!

A vet tech's day can look different from one patient to the next! They're drawing blood, running diagnostic tests, checking vital signs, preparing for procedures, assisting during surgery, and working closely with our doctors to help figure out what each patient needs. Their mix of compassion, technical skills, and problem-solving helps make quality care possible for every patient that comes through our doors! Shoutout to this group of techs and the many hats they wear 🙌

We might be a little biased, but we think we have the best team in the Lou! From the front desk to the treatment room, it takes a whole team working together to care for our patients and their people. This Staff Appreciation Week, we're shining a little extra light on the people who make it all happen! More to come🥇
