Hot Florida pavement can burn paws fast — what feels warm to us can feel like walking on hot coals to them.

Dr. Pinzon’s crew is rocking WagWellies dog shoes — because protecting paw pads from painful burns isn’t just cute… it’s essential.

We’re still debating who looks cooler in this photo… the dogs, or Dr. P confidently leading the canine fashion movement. 😎🐶

WagWellies are available at Happy Pets Bakery (right next door to our hospital) and at the Happy Pets Sanford Farmer’s Market tent on Saturdays.

Rule of thumb: if the pavement is too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for their paws. Don’t skip the shoes. 🐾

Kaicee has officially been accepted into veterinary school and will be starting an exciting new chapter in her journey! While we are beyond proud of her, we are definitely feeling her absence already here at the clinic.

Kaicee has been such an important part of our team, and her passion for animals and dedication to patient care have never gone unnoticed. We have no doubt she is going to do amazing things, and we can’t wait to welcome her back one day as Dr. Wrigley 🐾

Meet Misty — our very first FIP survivor 💕
