Lately, I’ve been feeling the weight of just how much time and energy we pour into scrolling, watching, comparing, and consuming — often without even realizing it. What started as entertainment has turned into a distraction from real life, real connection, and real peace.

I’m choosing to step away from social media for a while — maybe longer — to reclaim my mind, my time, and my spirit. I want to be more present, more creative, more connected to the world around me without the noise.

To those who’ve shared kind words, supported me, or simply made me laugh — thank you. I’m still out here living, just choosing to do it more mindfully and less digitally.

The colors of fall bring warmth to my soul…as they hug my energy, the sense of peace and comfort fills my mind, body & soul. The breeze against my skin, the wind in the trees, the silence in the morning with crickets chirping and birds singing so softly. Soon hibernation and chills will set in but for now I will be present in this moment of my 6 senses. Knowing chaos and peace coexist together…. How can I know one without the other?
