Today marks the start of conditioning a terminal marker. This is one of the foundational communication tools we use to create clarity and consistency before moving into obedience work and more advanced behaviors. Building strong communication first helps set dogs up for long-term success.

This week we’re focusing on the 2 B’s: Bonding & Boundaries. Before any obedience work, we build a relationship first earning trust, creating clarity, and letting him settle into a new environment.

From there, we’ll establish fair boundaries to keep him safe and prevent bad habits from forming as he adjusts.
