Feline friends aren't immune to foreign bodies. Keep in mind this Easter that plastic grasses and foil wrappers can be fascinating to cats and kittens; and both can be ingested and potentially cause health hazards. Use paper products or find alternatives that can't be easily ingested.

416 Lyme Disease cases in dogs tested in Lake County so far this year. Please use flea/tick prevention; have your dog tested annually and vaccinate against Lyme disease if you are in a high risk area or your dog has greater potential exposure.

Did you know we have an underwater treadmill for exercise/weight loss/muscle conditioning? Being in the water reduces pressure on the joints and allows pets to exercise more comfortably. This is great for older, arthritic dogs; dogs who are post operative from knee or hip surgeries, and overweight dogs who may struggle going on walks. It is also a great form of exercise for helping to build muscle back in the rear limbs when older dogs are suffering from muscle atrophy. Call us today for more info! Snook highly recommends it!
