Lupe says “listen up!”

Lately, we’ve had several clients late for appointments and daycare pickups.

It’s simply not going to work. Our groomers time is valuable; our employees have families to go home to.

We open at 6:30am which means you have plenty of time to drop off before your appointment time. Coming in 10-15 minutes late cuts into not only your appointment, but every subsequent appointment time.

We spend a lot of labor time reminding clients when your appointment is scheduled for. You receive an email when it’s scheduled, you receive a reminder email, we call you the day before ANDDDD you can access all of your appointments in your Paw Partner account.

We need you guys to show up on time, if not early. We have a 3 page (no exaggeration) waiting list for grooming. If you cannot make it, please give us the courtesy of a phone call so we can fill your spot.

Thank you for respecting our time and appreciating our employees.
