Pocket Pet Alert! 🐭🐰

🐭 Splinter is a 1-year-old fancy mouse ready to find his little forever home. He is tiny, but packs a big punch with his sweet, social personality! He loves to spend his time burrowing in his cardboard tubes and nibbling on some treats. He isn't shy about hanging out in your hand and is always sniffing around like the curious little mouse that he is! Keep in mind, while mice make amazing pets, they do have their own housing and nutritional needs. They are very tiny, so they require a glass tank or a cage with wire spacing no larger than 1/4 to 3/8th inch and plenty of bedding to burrow in! If you're interested in Splinter, come meet him today! His adoption fee is $10.

🐰 If you're more interested in the fluffier kind, we also recently took in a large group of the cutest, fluffiest bunnies! This group came to us from an overwhelmed household, hoping to find their forever homes. These kids are hanging out with us while our vet looks over them, and they wait to get spayed and neutered. Keep an eye on our website for when these bunnies are available for adoption!
Rabbit adoption fees are $35.

Ferrets 📣 Available for Adoption!

Weazer (brown) and Walter (white) are 5 year old ferrets looking for a retirement home to settle into. At 5 years old, they're considered seniors in ferret years, though they're still up and about, and curious about everything!

Weazer and Walter have been together their entire lives and will need to find a home together. They love cuddling up together, bellies up of course, and have been nothing but friendly with people. Walter has a previous injury that limits his mobility in his hind legs. He can get around and still has feeling and some movement, though his ability to get in and out of hammocks, up ramps, and move on slicker surfaces is minimal. He'll need a home that understands that he can't do everything Weazer can, but he surely will try!

Ferrets are considered exotic pets and require specific vetting. These two have their rabies vaccination up to date and are microchipped. We ask all interested adopters to look up their specialized care, veterinary needs, and husbandry for ferrets prior to adoption. They can make amazing companions, with proper care!

Stop in anytime we're open if you're interested in these two love bugs. Same day adoptions available! The adoption fee for the pair is $200.

🐾 Day 30 of National Adopt A Shelter Dog Month - Meet Princess!

Princess is a gentle soul looking for a trustworthy human to call her own. She comes from a home of border collie mixes and came in with 2 other pups. Her 2 siblings have since found their forever homes, and Princess is ready for her happy ever after!

Princess is 2 years old and a petite girl at just 29 lbs. This girl bonds closely to her people and is head over heels in love with our dog team. She is very shy when meeting new people, so don't take it personally! It will take her a bit to warm up, but once she does, she'll be attached to you like glue. Princess enjoys being carried by her human(s), likes treats and loves wet food. Outside, she gets the crazy zoomies, and races around the yard to play. She likes to chase after balls in the yards, and kennels well. Princess loves being around other dogs, and would do well with another dog in the home. She spends her nights politely curled up on her blankets in her kennel. Her dream home would let her curl up with on the bed or couch with her people.

We're eager for this girl to find the family of her dreams. If you have some patience and are looking for an intelligent velcro dog to call your own, stop by to meet her anytime we're open.

🐾 Day 29 of National Adopt a Shelter Dog Month - Meet Otis

Otis is a 9 month old husky/pit puppy looking for an energetic home to match! He found his way to us when his original owners were unable to provide the time and energy he needed. He lived with a dog, cats, a turtle, and children!

His original humans had him since a tiny pup, and gave us lots of info to help find him the perfect place! Otis is friendly to strangers in and around the home, really enjoys meeting strangers anywhere, has no accidents in the home, prefers ball toys, and knows "Sit"! He can be a chewer, and is still working on not pulling on the leash. He gets along great with kids and other pets. Otis would do best with room to run, and someone ready for the excitement and ride a husky/pit puppy brings!

National Cat Day is here!

🐾 Day 28 of National Adopt a Shelter Dog Month - Meet Jack!

Jack is a 3 month old, 16lb, Jack Russell Terrier mix. He's a spunky guy, ready to spread his wings in a family with breed experience or a family looking for a whirlwind of a pup!

Jack enjoys playtime, zoomies, and rough housing with his siblings. He'd do well in a home with an adult dog to show him the ropes. Jack can take a minute to warm up, but enjoys showing off his energy once he's comfortable! He loves food, and is willing to do just about anything for a snack.

National Cat Day is tomorrow, but we couldn't wait to introduce this sweet girl.

Spotlight 🔦 Available Siamese 😻 Meet Sams!

Sams is a 2 year old, stocky, spayed female. She was brought in after kind individuals found her outside and no owner came forward. They noted she is playful, affectionate, and talkative. She enjoys pets, tolerates being held (but isn't the biggest fan), and was a patient doll during her medical exam. Sams can be a rough player, and her favorite toys include balls, catnip, strings, and fuzzy mice! She can initially be timid, and is afraid of the vacuum.

She's adjusted well here and has settled in nicely! We think she may enjoy another feline sibling. Sams has been clear her only requirement for adopters are Churu treats in her future home!

🐾 Day 23 of Adopt a Shelter Dog Month - Meet Harley!

We're sure you've seen this guy on our socials, at an event, or heard about him on the radio recently. We just don't understand how this goofy boy is still here!

Harley is a laid back guy with a love for the outdoors! He's about 65lbs, but is a tall pup. He's 8 years young and is happiest spending time outside, enjoying the fresh air. We've brought him to events where he has LOVED being the center of attention. He absolutely soaks it all up. He'd prefer to be the only dog in the home as he wants all love on him all the time. He can be a gentle boy if given the chance, knows sit, will give paw, and is potty trained! He'd love a place to settle into and a home that fits his easy going, cuddle centered style.

Harley's adoption fee has been sponsored to help him find a home!
