Trapper here…Day 1 in the books and it was a long day. I started at 8 am and didn’t finish until 7 pm. 3 qualifying duels and 2 buy backs, and Iron dog! Team Jasper was well represented and so happy with how they all did. A few rough starts, some holding stready, and some knocking it out of the park. So proud of everyone !

Catch a Wave: Try It! | Dock Diving Intro Clinic
Your dog loves water… but have they ever tried DOCK DIVING? 💦
This Sunday, we’re opening our pool for our Catch a Wave: Try It! — a one-time special introductory clinic for dogs who are ready to learn to leap off the dock and make a splash!
This is a fun, safe, no-pressure environment designed for first-timers. Our instructors will be in the water to guide each dog, helping them build confidence and love for the sport.
**Requirements:**
* Dogs must be confident swimmers in a pool and have a strong toy drive
* Positive-only training methods (no prong, choke, or e-collars on dock)
* Handlers stay on the dock — we’ll handle the water work!
* No food rewards (toys + splashes = motivation!)
* Bring a favorite floating toy, towels, and wear water-friendly clothes
* Closed-toe shoes required
* Current on Rabies, Distemper, and Parvo
* Crates recommended between turns
* Dogs in season are not allowed
No pressure, no competition — just fun, safe learning with our instructors in the water. Let’s see if your dog is ready to JUMP!
