At Oldham County Veterinary Services, our priority is providing quality care to every patient while maintaining a positive and respectful environment for both our clients and our team.
Our schedule fills quickly, and while we truly do our best to accommodate everyone, we are not always able to offer same-day or even same-week appointments for non-critical concerns or routine visits. Appointments are scheduled based on availability, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please understand that we are a general practice veterinary clinic. While we do see certain urgent cases, we are not a full-service emergency facility. Most emergency and critical cases are referred to Metropolitan or Blue Pearl Emergency Hospitals, where more advanced diagnostics and 24-hour care are available.
We also want to gently remind everyone that we have a **zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful or abusive behavior toward our staff**. This includes in-person interactions, phone calls, and online communication. In these situations, we may need to refuse service or, in more serious cases, dismiss a client from our practice.
Our team works hard every day to care for your pets, and they deserve to feel safe, supported, and respected.
