Meet Stacy, the sweetest 8-year-old brindle Pit Bull girl who is ready for the forever home she’s been waiting for! Stacy was found at the Elgin dump, and sadly, no one ever came forward to claim her. We may never know how she ended up there, but what we do know is that this girl is an absolute lover with so much love to give. 🥹🐾

Stacy absolutely loves her people and wants nothing more than to be near them, soaking up attention and enjoying their company. She is great with people and does well with other dogs, too! 🥰 We’re currently unsure how she does with cats or very small children, so those situations will need to be handled carefully with proper introductions.

At 8 years old, Stacy is past the puppy craziness and ready to enjoy the simple things in life—a soft bed, a loving family, plenty of affection, and the comfort of knowing she finally has people who won’t give up on her. 💕 Her story didn’t start the way it should have, but we refuse to let being dumped and forgotten be the end of her story. Stacy deserves a warm bed, a loving home, and someone who will appreciate what a wonderful girl she is. ❤️

Zeus was born on December 21, 2023, and is a lively, affectionate Pitbull with a striking muscular build and an expressive face that radiates personality. He is incredibly playful and energetic, delighting in chewing on a variety of toys and eagerly engaging in spirited games of tug-of-war. While he knows basic commands, Zeus can sometimes be stubborn, which makes ongoing training and a confident, patient owner essential. He is friendly and good with people, but requires a secure environment and proper introductions with any potential dog roommates to ensure a smooth coexistence.

Drew is an approximately five year-old Anatolian Shepherd. She is spayed has all her current shots. She came to us abandoned approximately two years ago starving and raw paws we brought her back to good health she is a very friendly dog loving gets along with kids other pets cats dogs as long as they’re introduced with you unfortunately, my five year-old Shih Tzu has not gotten used to her and chases her constantly always nipping at her paws. It has just become too much with four dogs and one not liking the big one. We want to find her a very good home. We have had her in the house for the last two years, but she is outside as well. She has a big giant dog house. She needs a good loving home.

Meet Abby!
A 6 year old girl, approximately 50 pound Labrador retriever and border collie mix (our best guess). Abby is spayed, microchipped, house-trained, vaccinated and recently had her annual vet visit. She is smart, fun loving, fiercely protective of the people she loves and is a sensitive soul who can feel your energy and be a great support dog.
It breaks our hearts to have to rehome her, as she’s been a loving support for our family through some of the biggest moments. Her and our golden retriever/German shepherd mix do not get along and haven’t for over a year. We’ve done everything we can to make this work, but we can’t have fighting dogs around our little kids.
Abby would do best in a home where she is the only dog getting all the attention with either no kids, or older kids. She is okay with cats and tries to play with them. She loves being outside, as well as the comforts of home, snuggling in bed or on the couch with her people. She is used to a Halo collar currently and has also lived in a fenced yard.
Being the sensitive/anxious soul that she is she will need a family who will be gentle with her and treat her like family. She is ready for a fresh start where she can be in a more relaxed environment.

Meet Dutchman! This handsome tuxedo boy was born on January 6, 2026 and is finally ready to begin the happy ending he's been waiting for. Dutchman came into our care with his siblings on January 27, 2026 after their home caught fire. They also faced a long battle with severe ringworm, but on July 16, 2026, Dutchman was officially declared ringworm-free and ready to find a loving forever home.

Dutchman is a little shy at first, but with patience and kindness, he quickly becomes a sweet, affectionate cuddle buddy. He loves playing with toys, keeping an eye on the world from the window, and spending quality time with his people.

Dutchman previously lived with many other cats and gets along well with feline friends. He's great with kids and people, and while he hasn't met dogs yet, barking doesn't seem to bother him.

Dutchman is fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. He's healthy, happy, and waiting to meet the family he's always deserved. Stop by anytime we're open to meet Dutchman and his siblings—you may just fall in love!

If you're looking for a sweet, affectionate shadow who wants nothing more than to be by your side, Lyla may be your girl!
Lyla is a 1.5-year-old mixed-breed female who came to us as a stray, so unfortunately, we don't know much about her past. When she arrived, it was clear that she had not been receiving the nutrition and care she needed. She is very thin, and it appears she may have recently had a litter of puppies. We are working hard to help her safely gain weight and get her feeling her very best again.
Despite whatever she may have been through, Lyla has nothing but love to give. She is one of the most loving girls you could ever meet! Her favorite place is right next to her person, preferably getting all the snuggles and attention she can possibly get. ❤️
Lyla is a total shadow. Wherever you go, she would love to follow. Whether you're relaxing on the couch, walking around the house, or heading outside, Lyla's ideal plan is simply: “Where you go, I go!”
She does wonderfully with people and has done well with kids. We have not yet seen her interact directly with cats, so that is something that would need to be introduced carefully. With dogs, Lyla has only met them through a fence so far, but she has shown a strong interest in sniffing and playing with them. A proper, supervised introduction would be needed to see how she does with another dog.
Lyla does appear to have some separation anxiety when left alone. She may need a family who is willing to be patient with her and help her learn that being by herself doesn't mean she's been abandoned. Her people-oriented personality means she really wants to be with her family as much as possible.
Lyla has already shown us what a loving, affectionate girl she is, and now she deserves a home where she can finally feel safe, cared for, and cherished. As she continues to put on healthy weight and regain her strength, we know she's going to blossom into an incredible companion.

They are 4-year-old sisters and have been together almost their entire lives, minus about 1 year when they lived in separate homes. Both are spayed and fully litter-box trained.

They are very calm, laid-back cats and aren’t really interested in toys — they would much rather curl up with you and cuddle. They are HUGE cuddle bugs and can be incredibly sweet and affectionate.

They have been around children and do well with them, but like most cats, they have their moments where they want their own space and prefer to be left alone.

They don’t care for dogs and have never been around other cats, so a home without dogs would probably be the best fit for them.
