PSA Heads up‼️ I will be leaving on vacation Wednesday July 8th and will not return until Tuesday July 14th. So the store will be closed during that time. I highly urge you to stock up on any food, supplements or products before then.
If there is an emergency to get food, you will be able to contact Deby Smith. You can either text me to get her number, or you can find it posted on the door at the store. Let's talk bone broth! It is SO good for dogs. It is the most bio available form of glucosamine, chondroitin, collagen, amino acids, electrolytes, and minerals that support joint health, gut integrity, and skin elasticity. It aids in muscle recovery, helps reduce inflammation, and acts as a hydrating, low-calorie snack.
I like to warm it and feed it in the morning about 30 minutes before I feed their breakfast. This is the perfect time to add supplements, especially probiotics, if you are giving those. It will take them straight through the stomach, intact, right to the gut where they need to be. Bone broth is excellent at coating the digestive tract and sealing up junctures that cause leaky gut.
