Welcome Maggie & Korra to Adventure Training Camp!

These two girls joined us looking for some guidance on how to repair their relationship. They've had some tension at home that resulted in them being separated all the time. While there is no “quick fix” to mending a relationship, training goes a long way to help better manage situations.

We have had a blast helping them build trust, communication, and a stronger bond through structured training and fun adventures. With the addition of some rules and boundaries, now they can coexist around each other with less stress.

Our April pack walk and hike at Seven Islands State Park was a success and so much fun! We all got to work around other dogs safely and enjoy the beautiful sunshine, scenery, and warm weather! This is one of our favorite dog friendly hiking (and birding 👀🦅) spots on the east side!

Remember!! Although this park is BEAUTIFUL, dog friendly, and has lots of open spaces to run, it is a safe space for the birds and wildlife. All dogs must remain on leash while visiting the park - no matter how well trained they are - just to ensure the safety of the critters 🫶🏼 PS make sure to pick up your p**p and pack out your trash! 🦅🦅🦅

Willow the 6 month old GSD/Aussie mix graduated AKC Star puppy sessions today!! This super smart girl developed a foundation of obedience so her parents could be able to communicate with her from the start! From the first session of being a wild child to an ending her final session showing off her stuff, we are SO proud how far this girl has come!

Our lil Sam went home yesterday after his 2 Week Adventure Training Camp turned into a little over a month with boarding and his reunion with his family was the SWEETEST! 🥰 We miss him already but know he is going to be the best boy for his family!

His dad went through some pretty terrible complications after his back surgery while Sam was at camp, leaving his family with having to learn a new normal and flipping their lives upside down. Obviously we hung out with Sam while they went through all of that- because who wouldn’t? When we say you become our family for life- we mean it!
We just kept chipping away at him and his obedience and experiences so he would *hopefully* be way easier for them to manage while dealing with everything else they’re having to navigate and learn. A teenage boy puppy is hard enough as it is - especially a rescue mix of working breeds! 😅

To our NSK9 family and alumni- We got your back (with your dogs at least) and will always do our best to help you guys whenever and however we can. We love you guys! 🫶🏼

We were looking for the Full Moon tonight, but all the lights were turned off. 😩 🌚 They're really cute, anyway... 🥰

Cooper & Ollie are having the Best time at Adventure Training Camp while learning to work together as opposed to feeding off of each other's insecurities and being codependent.

These kids have come a long way just halfway through, but still have a long way to go...

We do not make false promises because we are dog trainers and not magicians, however we do not stop until we are proud!

These two were such a handful at pickup, their mom said "just do whatever you can do..." 🤗

Cooper and Ollie would like to report that they are, indeed, doing the best they can do to exceed expectations!!

And we love them so very much... ❤️❤️⭐️⭐️🐾🐾😆💪🏆🏆

Duke had a pre-Camp Meet & Greet with his Trainer, and he cannot wait for Camp to start in a couple weeks!!! 🏆

This amazing guy is ready to show the world that Rescue dogs are not "broken", but fully capable of anything including becoming Canine Good Citizens while also Exceeding All Expectations!! 💪⭐️

We cannot wait to start Adventure Training Camp with Duke and show off this brilliant boy's untapped potential!!! 🥰⭐️💪🐾

Rig hit the Jackpot when he was adopted from Knox Vintage Pet Project by his super amazing family!! DNA testing shows this stunning 5 y/o is German Shepherd, Australian Shepherd and a few other feisty breeds, so training is imperative for helping him learn to overcome a few behaviors so that Rig can unleash his full potential while learning to live his Best Life!! 🏆🐾

During his Meet & Greet with his Trainer, Rig learned to do Puppy Pushups with near military precision, but he really loved jumping around and showing off his athleticism!

Rig will be joining us for a pre-Camp prep class prior to his scheduled Adventure Training Camp in May!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Having Lindsey on our team is invaluable. If you have met Lindsey at any point, you can always tell she pours her heart into every dog she meets. Between loving clients' dogs, helping rescue/shelter dogs, or working with her personal dogs, Lindsey always has a smile on her face when around a dog.

Lindsey, being your favorite dog's aunt, would love to see a picture of your fur baby on her special day so she can tell your dog she said hi.

🦌🥾 Hunter graduated his Two Week Adventure Training Camp with flying colors! CONGRATULATIONS BUDDY!! 🎓🏕️

His mom built an AMAZING basic obedience foundation at home with R+, which we love! Since he already had a great grasp on the commands- we were able to do so much more!
During his Adventure Training Camp we got to really focus on building confidence, proofing the commands in multiple different environments, adding duration to his commands, and addressing some of his big excited/ reactive outbursts!

We are so proud of this boy and his mom and are looking forward to watching them continue to grow and adventure as a team! 🙌🏼

Turtle the one year old English Cream Golden Retriever is flying through her 2 Week Adventure Training Camp! This smart girl loved using her weight against her mom and would refuse to walk on leash which made taking her out in public impossible!

Turtle is over half way through camp and she is an adventure queen after learning how fun going out in public can be when fully understanding what her job is while out. Walks that use to be a nightmare are now so enjoyable! Turtle’s mom can’t wait for her to come home to start thier new chapter in life of adventuring and Turtle living her best life!!

Keep rocking it Turtle!!!

👑😍“Who’s that wonderful girl? Could she be any cuterrrr?” 👑🥰😍

It’s Reese the Doberman puppy and she is here for her Adventure Training Camp! Reese was rescued by some super nice dog lovers who then managed to find the perfect fit family for this pretty girl- who we also happen to know and love! 🧡

Reese hit the jackpot with her new family (the cats may not agree here) and could not have gotten any luckier because they LOVE HER! Shes got the best personality and is SO SWEET but is a WILD CHILD. Anyone who has ever survived Doberman puppy adolescence (the red heads especially 🫣😂) will understand this but basically if you don’t know- they pretty much let a wild kangaroo x velociraptor high on Mountain Dew with no brakes loose in their house and have managed to still fall in love with her! 🤗🥰 but also ummm how could you not???

She is a really good girl and super motivated to work! Reese has been working hard on building confidence out and about, learning how to communicate effectively, understanding what we want from her, and how to live calmly with people and cats in a house! She’s learning how to channel her endless energy to a more positive outlet that works her brain and body and we are having so much fun with her!
