Margaret has been ADOPTED!🐾💗

8 months. Again. 💔

For the second time in her life, Margaret has spent 8 long months sitting in a shelter kennel, watching people walk past her. We truly thought this time would be different. We thought someone would see her sweet face and know instantly that she was meant to come home with them.

But somehow, Margaret keeps getting left behind.
And the heartbreaking part is… she is SO easy to love.

Margaret is one of our volunteers’ favorites. She loves playing fetch, soaking up every ounce of affection she can get, and just being near people. She isn’t asking for much — just a couch to lay on, a ball to chase, and someone to finally love her forever.

She does need to be the only pet in the home, and we know that makes things harder. But there has to be someone out there for her. Someone with a big heart who can give this girl the life she has been waiting so patiently for.

Margaret is around 4 years old, great with kids, house trained, spayed, up to date on vaccines, and her adoption fee is fully sponsored.

Please… don’t let her spend another month in a kennel wondering why nobody ever picks her.

Meet Duke!

This handsome guy absolutely loves the outdoors — give him a yard, some fresh air, and new smells to investigate and he’s in his happy place. He spends his days sniffing around and prancing through the yard like he’s on an important mission.

Duke is around 4 years old, weighs about 70lbs, is neutered, and up to date on vaccines. He gets along well with other dogs, but would thrive best in a home without cats or chickens.

If you’re looking for a loyal adventure buddy or a potential hunting companion, Duke may be your guy. He’s got a nose that doesn’t quit and would love a home where he can put it to good use! 🧡

Margaret is still waiting. 💔

After spending 8 months in the shelter the first time, she’s now nearing 7 months during her second stay—and she’s still hoping for someone to choose her.

Margaret is an amazing dog. She does great with kids, is house-trained, very well-mannered, and listens beautifully. She would do best as the only pet in the home, where she can truly shine and be your loyal companion.

She has so much love to give. Please help us find Margaret the home she’s been waiting so patiently for.
