I’m still without a car and could really use some help.

I have TNR appointments on Wednesday, and I need to get traps set beforehand. Is there anyone who would be willing to give me a ride so I can go set the traps? It shouldn’t take too long, and I’d be so incredibly grateful.

These appointments mean more cats can get spayed and neutered, helping prevent even more homeless kittens. If you’re able to help or know someone who can, please send me a message. Thank you so much! 🐾❤️

Mama is a beautiful Ragdoll mix who is ready to find a family of her own. She is spayed, up to date on all of her vaccinations, year old, and is an indoor-only kitty.

She gets along with both dogs and cats, but she would truly thrive as the only cat in the home so she can soak up all the love and attention. Mama is a very affectionate girl who loves being the center of your world.

Because she enjoys a calm environment, she would do best in a home without young children where she can relax and get all the attention she deserves.

I’m running low on a few essentials for all of the rescue cats and kittens in my care.

Right now, I really need:
🐱 Wet cat food
🪵 Pellet cat litter

If anyone has any extra they aren’t using or would like to donate, I would be incredibly grateful! These items are also on my Amazon wish list if you’d rather send something directly.

There are also other things on my wish list, like toys, catnip, and a few other supplies that help keep the kittens happy and healthy while they wait for their forever homes.

💔 An Update on Destin 💔

Yesterday, by what felt like a miracle, a tiny kitten found her way onto my back patio. Out of all the apartments she could have crawled to, she somehow ended up at mine. I named her Destin.

She was one of the worst cases of fly strike I’ve ever seen. She was covered in maggots, especially around her eyes and tail, and she could barely stand or walk. It was absolutely heartbreaking to see her in so much pain.

For the last 24 hours, we did everything we possibly could. She received veterinary care, medications, constant cleaning, warmth, fluids, love, and around-the-clock attention. We fought so hard for her.

But despite every effort, Destin crossed the Rainbow Bridge today. 🌈🐾

My heart is shattered. It’s so hard when you meet a soul who has suffered so much, and all you want is to give them the life they deserved, only to lose them before they ever get that chance.

I’m choosing to believe that Destin came to my porch because she knew she’d finally be safe. She didn’t have to die alone, scared, or forgotten. She was loved. She was held. She was comforted. And for the short time she was with us, she knew kindness.

Please keep an eye out for the strays in your neighborhoods, especially during this hot weather. Fly strike can become fatal incredibly fast. A simple phone call or getting a cat help early can truly save a life.

Run free, sweet Destin. I’m so sorry we couldn’t save you, but I’ll never stop fighting for the next one. ❤️🐱

This morning I woke up to something heartbreaking. There was a tiny kitten on my back patio suffering from one of the worst cases of fly strike I’ve ever seen. Maggots were crawling in his eyes, and his tail was completely infested. He was severely dehydrated, covered in ear mites, and so weak that he could barely stand or walk without wobbling.

Honestly, it feels like a miracle that this little baby ended up on my patio out of all the apartments here. Part of me can’t help but wonder if someone dumped him. I’ll be checking my security camera footage later because I just don’t know how he could have made it all the way here in the condition he was in. All of the outside cats I care for are spayed and neutered, and I haven’t had kittens born here in a year or two.

The first thing I did was give him a warm bath, remove and treat the fly strike, clean and medicate his eyes, and start treating his severe ear mite infestation. Right now he’s resting somewhere safe, but he’s still incredibly weak. I haven’t even checked if this sweet baby is a boy or a girl yet.

Please keep this little one in your thoughts and prayers. I’m hoping with everything I have that they pull through. No animal deserves to suffer like this, and I’m so thankful they somehow found their way to my door before it was too late. ❤️🐾

💕 Donation Request 💕

If anyone has any extra sheets, blankets, or towels they’re no longer using, I’d be so grateful for any donations! They get used every single day for the rescue babies and go through them so quickly.

If you’re able to help, I can meet tomorrow anytime before 12:00–1:00 PM. Even just a few items would make a huge difference and help keep the kittens clean, warm, and comfortable.

Today while trapping at the apartments, I caught the mama cat and one of her little babies that live under the shed was with her. I couldn’t leave the kitten behind, so I brought him with me. I noticed right away that something was wrong with one of his eyes, and I was already talking with other rescuers about getting him a vet appointment. Keeping him with all the other kitties till he is cleared to be adopted.

When I dropped mama off for her TNR appointment, I didn’t have a separate carrier for the kitten, so I was just keeping him safe with me carrying him around. One of the volunteers asked if I’d like them to take him in, and I happily said yes.

I’m so incredibly grateful because now this little guy will get the medical care he needs, be safe, and eventually find a loving forever home. It also opens up a spot for me to help another kitten in need.

A huge thank you to ’s Cat Shelter and all of the amazing volunteers for stepping in and helping this sweet baby. Everything you do for these cats truly makes a difference, and I’m so thankful we all get to work together to help as many lives as possible. ❤️🐾

# #🎉 Nova Got Adopted! 🐾❤️

Nova’s story is one I’ll never forget.

She came from what many of you know as “Cat City” over on Roosevelt, covered in fleas and ticks. Despite never really being around people, she proved just how incredible animals can be.

Most feral kittens need weeks to learn to trust humans—but not Nova. From the moment she was safe, all she wanted was love, cuddles, and attention. She showed us her sweet personality right away and completely stole my heart.

Today, this precious little girl is heading to her forever home, where she’ll get to make some lucky kids smile every single day and live the spoiled indoor life she has always deserved. 🥹💕

Thank you to everyone who supports my rescue work. Because of you, kittens like Nova get the second chance they deserve.

Happy life, sweet girl. You are so, so loved. 🩷🐱
