Dear loyal and loving clients! After two years of serving klamath county I’ve never truly done a price increase. Lately I’ve been trying to keep things going even with fuel prices lately. Unfortunately starting July 1st I will be doing a $15 increase on my travel fee only. (Until fuel prices go down then I will adjust.) TIPPING IS NEVER REQUIRED!! It’s definitely the last thing I want to do but unfortunately it has to be done.
As well as I will have to change my schedule to accommodate my family and most importantly my children. Starting July 1 at I will not be working Tuesdays. It’s not fair to my clients, the dogs, and most importantly my kids or myself to constantly be on the go and always stressed out to make sure I please everyone. I love all of my clients whole heartedly but I love my family more.
Saying that I will not be excepting any new clients at the moment and if I have not seen your pet for a year, unfortunately I will not be able to make you an appointment for you. To keep it fair to my clients who have been there through the winters, sick kids, or myself being sick. There are some of my clients that I have not be able to rebook because of sickness and having my books over loaded.
It’s such a hard time for me to post this and raise my prices and take a day off a week but it’s putting a big toll on me to get dogs done and rush to go pick up my children from school or the sitters. I’ll be the first to tell you that I understand times are hard and unfortunately this is why I’m having to do this is because my family has been suffering enough and it’s time that I start putting them first fully.
I’m so thankful for everyone’s business and saying no is the last thing I want to tell anyone because I do not want to feel like I’m failing anyone.

Anyways. I’m sorry for the long post and I pray you can understand

I would like to formally and publicly apologize to everyone that I have not been responding in the last two days. Wednesday, my daughter was so sick that I rushed her to the doctors office and yesterday I had a migraine so bad that I could not see. I will be getting back to everybody today as soon as I can. I appreciate your patience and understanding and again I am so sorry.
