🐣🌷 Easter Pet Safety Reminder! 🌷🐣

The holiday fun isn’t always so fun for our furry friends—here are a few quick tips to keep them safe and avoid an unwanted accessory while you celebrate:

🐰 Skip the sweets: Chocolate and candies (especially anything with xylitol) are toxic to pets. Keep those baskets out of reach!

🌸 Watch out for flowers: Lilies, tulips, and daffodils can be dangerous if nibbled—opt for pet-safe plants or keep them well away.

🧺 Grass isn’t always greener: Easter basket grass (especially the plastic kind) can cause serious digestive issues if swallowed.

🐾 Give them a quiet space: With guests and excitement, pets may feel overwhelmed—make sure they have a calm place to relax.

A safe pet = a happy holiday 💛
Wishing you and your furry family members a joyful (and incident-free!) Easter!

As the weather warms up, so do the risks for your pets. Mosquitoes and ticks become more active, putting dogs and cats at risk for serious (but preventable!) diseases like heartworm and Lyme disease.

⚠️ Heartworm disease is far more than just a nuisance. It is a potentially fatal condition caused by worms that live in the heart, lungs, and blood vessels. If left untreated, it can lead to severe lung disease, heart failure, organ damage, and even death. Treatment is costly, lengthy, and can be hard on your pet—making prevention absolutely critical.

Here’s how you can protect your furry family members:
✔️ Keep your pet on year-round heartworm prevention
✔️ Use veterinarian-recommended tick preventatives
✔️ Check your pet for ticks after outdoor adventures
✔️ Schedule annual testing and wellness exams

Lyme disease can also cause lasting issues like joint pain, fever, and kidney complications—but with proper prevention, it’s avoidable.

Here’s how you can protect your furry family members:
✔️ Keep your pet on year-round heartworm prevention
✔️ Use veterinarian-recommended tick preventatives
✔️ Check your pet for ticks after outdoor adventures
✔️ Schedule annual testing and wellness exams

The good news? Both heartworm disease and Lyme disease are highly preventable with routine care.

Give us a call today to make sure your pet is protected all season long or to schedule Heartworm or Lyme Disease screening for your pets. 🐶🐱💚

We’re still buzzing after we were featured on the news... So… it’s time for us to properly introduce the real stars of the show- our GOAT GANG 💛🎥🐐

From curious climbers to the sweetest cuddlers, these goats aren’t just adorable- they’re a big part of why we’re so passionate about farm animal care. Our recent feature highlighted something we believe deeply: having an established veterinarian for your farm animals isn’t just helpful- it’s essential for their health, safety, and well-being.

Regular care, trusted relationships, and knowing who to call before there’s an emergency makes all the difference.

And let’s be honest… it doesn’t hurt when your patients are this cute 🐐✨

🌸🐶 Spring is here… and so are the itchies. 🐶🌸

If your dog suddenly acts like they’ve discovered interpretive dance—scratching, wiggling, and scooting across the carpet like it’s their personal stage—you’re not alone.

Spring allergies have entered the chat. 🌼

Pollen, grass, and other seasonal triggers can turn your pup into a full-time scratch artist. While they might think they’re just living their best itchy life, we know it’s no fun being uncomfortable.

💡 Signs to watch for:
• Constant scratching or licking
• Red or irritated skin
• Ear shaking or chewing paws
• Dramatic sighs for attention (okay… maybe that’s just them 😅)

If your dog is itching more than usual, we’re here to help them get back to tail wags—not scratch marathons.

📞 Give us a call to schedule a visit—because spring should be about sniffing flowers, not fighting them. 🌷

Today we’re proud to share something that's very close to our hearts🐾

We have created a Comfort Room in our hospital for families who are saying goodbye to their beloved pets. This quiet, private space is designed to provide peace, dignity, and time together during one of the hardest moments of pet ownership.

We understand that pets are family. Our goal with this room is to give you a calm, compassionate place to hold them, love them, and say goodbye without feeling rushed❤️🌈

Thank you for trusting us to care for your pets through every stage of life.
