We are very proud of the crew. In his first show (besides Potomac) 7 mos old Slate (Rainbow x Burrito) was BOB and OH group 3 at the Black Diamond Cluster.

We have been so busy we have been remiss in getting the word out about our show results! The dogs have had quite a successful run thus far in 2024.

Nyx (Granite x Rainbow) started things off taking WB in the Marion Kennel Club show. She followed that up with 3 BW and 1 RWB at the Black Diamond Cluster, and WB, BOS and a couple of RWB at the McKinley and WPKA shows. Below is one of her win pictures (black girl).

Glory Be (co-owned and handled by Sophia Linscott) was BW for a 3 pt major at McKinley KC. (she's the yellow girl). GB is from Willow x Slugger.

To complete the trifecta of colors in girls, we put our 7 mos old chocolate girl, Waverly, into her first shows on Thu and Fri at WPKA in Morganton. She surprised us with BW for her first point and RWB in the two days. Waverly is out of Rainbow x Bob Skow's boy Father Brown.

Saving the best for last, no brags would be complete without listing the success Apollo (Waverly's littermate) has had in a very brief show career. Apollo is loved by the Fish family. Apollo started his career at 6 mos and 5 days by taking 2 pts at Blennerhassett Kennel Club on Sunday as BW. He was next WD at McKinley KC (3 pt major). At the WPKA and GCWKC cluster he was BW 3 of 4 days and WD on the other. We were helped out by our friends (Ann Hubbs and Sophia Linscott) in handling the boy at that show (many thanks!).

So now after just 7 shows (and he is still just 7 mos old) Apollo sits at 10 pts including a 3 pt major. We are enjoying the ride with this boy!
