Remembrance Ceremony for Animals Lost in the 2025 Flood 🐾
One year ago, our community experienced a tragedy that forever changed countless lives—both human and animal.
Kerrville Pets Alive! invites the community to join us on Friday, July 3, at 7:30 PM at 2102 Memorial Blvd. in Kerrville as we honor the many beloved pets and animals lost during the devastating 2025 Texas Hill Country flood.
During and immediately following the disaster, KPA! assisted approximately 350 animals. Hundreds of volunteers came together at our property to help recover, shelter, and reunite animals with their families. While many happy reunions occurred, we know there are also cherished companions who never made it home. View our flood efforts here: https://youtu.be/zDgv9k_1wt8?si=wGjYQYQIwk4BlhHF
Chaplains with Unity of the Hill Country will be present to offer blessings for pets and those who continue to grieve their loss. Attendees are invited to bring a photo of an animal lost in the flood to place on our memorial tree.
🐾 Leashed and contained pets are welcome.
