One Saturday in Oct 2008, K-9 was dumped off in the parking lot in a pink crate. We decide that we could provide all the love and attention a cat could ever want. She was welcomed by Maggie (my black Lab) and later Kaos. She was feisty and got into mischief that lead her to have 10 inches of intestine removed due to thread consumption. She greeted many many pups and put them in "place", received numerous bath and nail trims that she thought 1 was too many but best of all, she was loved by all the employees. Today she cross the Rainbow Bridge to meet up with Maggie, Kaos and all those pups she had greeted past 17 years. Rest in peace K-9.

Did you know that you can train your puppy as early as 8 weeks using positive reinforcement? Yes! What the heck is positive reinforcement - well it's when you "add" something (treats, praise, toy,etc) to encourage a desired behavior to happen over, over and over (reinforcement). Pickles is 13 week old Lagotto who attended puppy preschool today. She did so great, we sat on different surfaces, learn to touch and make eye contact. What behaviors can you spot in the video that we could have reinforced?
