A huge thank you to everyone who came out for our Ponies & Pilates event this past Saturday!🐎🧘‍♀️✨
We loved seeing the barn filled with energy, activity, and community as guests enjoyed time with our ponies, Pilates sessions with BODYBAR Pilates, and pop-up vendors throughout the morning.
And of course… the horses (and Charlie!) absolutely loved all the attention.💕

Come along with us as Dr. Cindy Hart worked on some stiffness in Hotshot's pelvis and sacrum using a fascia tool. Fascia is a connective tissue that surrounds muscles throughout the body, helping support movement and flexibility.

When fascia becomes tight, it can restrict mobility and make movement more difficult. Treatments like this can help restore elasticity, improve comfort, and keep horses moving more freely and comfortably.
