This month’s speaker is Susie Rise, who will be sharing on “Being Your Best Mom in an Ever-Changing World.”

“Being your best self in a world that is constantly shifting — filled with joy, pain, excitement, astonishment, predictable moments and blindsiding twists — is a lifelong practice. As a parent, that balance becomes even more complex. Today’s world asks our children to be ‘on’ all the time, plugged into social media, surrounded by pressure, stimulation, and the illusion of belonging to an ‘in crowd.’ And it asks us, as parents, to somehow keep pace with it all.”

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a fantastic afternoon of connection, inspiration, and great conversation!

A special thank you to Kimberly Rose from Cherry City Massage for her insightful presentation on self-care — reminding us all that taking care of our bodies and minds is essential, not selfish. Her practical tips and passion for wellness were truly uplifting.

The Red, White & Blue theme, delicious food, and amazing company made it another memorable gathering of strong, supportive women in our community.
