We are incredibly honored to be voted 1st Place for Best Emergency/Specialty Veterinary Hospital in the Best of Katy!
The funny thing is... we're not actually an emergency or specialty hospital. 😄
So why do we think we won?
Maybe it's because our team has always believed that when pets need care, they deserve someone who will be there for them.
When the Texas freeze left us without power, a small group of doctors and staff still came in and treated urgent patients by flashlight because pets couldn't wait.
During COVID, when so many families were moving to the area and struggling to find veterinary care, we never turned away new clients simply because they were new. We knew their pets needed help, and we did everything we could to be there for them.
After Hurricane Beryl, when our hospital was without power, we continued seeing patients by operating out of another veterinary hospital because we weren't willing to leave our clients and patients without care.
Whether it's a same-day sick visit, helping during an unexpected health concern, or going the extra mile to make sure your pet gets the care they need, when they need it.
Time and time again, our team has shown up—not because it's easy, but because it's the right thing to do.
While we may not be an emergency or specialty hospital by definition, we have always tried to be the hospital our community can count on during emergencies, unexpected situations, and challenging times.
This award belongs to every client who has trusted us with their beloved pets and every team member who has gone above and beyond to care for them. We are humbled, grateful, and incredibly proud.
