Hello we have been seeming to have a lot of clientele coming in 30mins or more late to their appointments. All of our groomers run on appointments and fall behind quickly if the dogs arrive later then scheduled. We have had to put into affect a late fee of 15.00 per dog starting at 30mins after scheduled appointment time! Thank you for understanding!

Update on Shelly! She is waking up in recovery and so far so good. Ended up being a lot more extensive of a surgery then expected so hopefully she wakes up not in to much pain and everything goes well!
