SevaDog Rescue SevaDog is a non-profit 501c3 organization specializing in rescuing the underdogs. Quality care, individual training plans, and a lifetime of support.

We're a licenced kennel, 501c3 non profit dog rescue for the last chance dogs out of options. We match adopters to compatible dogs and offer sanctuary for dogs who need a lifetime of support. We provide community spay/neuter, veterinary, and training support to keep families together. All of our dogs live throughout our property. We have a Pit Bull Palace, Land of the Littles, Mom and Pups suite,

club houses, big play yards, and our founder lives along side the dogs with her children providing around the clock care. We have a wonderful, small volunteer group who have been with us for years. Their dedication makes this refuge possible. The people who find their way here get as much as they give. Our center is a place of healing, acceptance, education, and inner work. There's no feeling sorry or excused behaviors due to the past. We live in the moment and look forward to each day. The past doesn't defy any being. We provide a home like environment full of enrichment and support for dogs with all backgrounds. We're known for rehabilitating fearful dogs due to domestic violence, neglect, puppy mills, hoarding cases, and dogs who need a retreat to work out their kinks and enjoy the zen den lifestyle while learning new skills.

Visit 3, the muzzle came off!

Buddy has acclimated to his new mommy to be, nicely and today she said…she officially wants to adopt him! Whooo Hoooo!!!

We’re not going to get tooooo excited yet, BUT, we are pretty excited! 😂 She’s coming for another visit in a few days. Then, we’ll make the trip to her house. That’s where another big hurdle will come. He will need to behave around her neighbors. We will show her how to keep him from lunging and acting up while out on walks. 🤪

Today was so sweet. They really fell for each other. We were so happy for Buddy. Seeing him muzzle free and completely himself, was a beautiful thing! We’ve been waiting so long for this!

Keep routing for Buddy, a home at the end of this journey would be the ultimate miracle. 🙏 He’s worked so hard for this.

Adopt or Foster Bruno!!! 🫶

Bruno is the sweetest young Boxer mix (he’s had a DNA test). He’s excellent with people and dogs of all sizes. He’s had some training for jumping up. Which is his only flaw. Everything else is perfect!

We’d love to see him in a home. A foster home would be amazing too.

Buddy, had a second meet and greet!!

And yes, he has a muzzle on! Because the first time he met this wonderful woman, he barked and lunged at her, and wanted nothing to do with her. But, she came back! She understands he has some stranger danger BUT once he knows you, he’s AMAZING!! The best dog ever!! He makes the perfect companion. And that is what she is looking for. A buddy to pal around with.

Buddy was adopted and returned several times before coming to us. For nipping at new people coming into the home. So, we have him trained with a perfect recall. Making sure whoever adopts him has complete control of him. He’s also muzzle trained and is completely comfortable with it on.

He has a 3rd date with his potential mama in a few days. It will be a muzzle free visit. 😃

We had the best adoption!

Tasha and Evie are sisters, who were up for adoption separately. But we hoped they could find a home together. As they are so bonded. But, it is incredibly hard to place two dogs in one home.

Buuuuut, as luck would have it, a lovely couple had been watching them on Facebook, and felt that the girls belonged together! They soon came to meet the girls. Even though the girls were shy, they fell in love! The the couple have excellent dog experience and were willing to put in the work. These are unicorn adopters! We don’t get many of these in rescue!

Mandy took the girls home and they absolutely knew they were home the moment they got out of the car. Their house was all set up for them. And they even had an adorable, gentle little girl who was SO excited to welcome in two new puppies!

Mama kitty has been caught!!

But we are still waiting for her kittens to show back up.

Since mama is feral, we’ve been advised to spay her, then release her back to the barn that she knows so well. We just need to raise a little money to help her.

It’s only $66 to spay this beautiful girl! Incredible! The rescuer who is helping us needs help with the cost.

Nina is home!! 🎉

Miss Nina charmed a lovely couple who originally came to SévaDog, to meet another dog. Sometimes when you know, you know! 😍

Ryan and Mandy, drove Nina,to her new home. And the moment they arrived, it was obvious this little girl hit the jackpot! She’s going to be treated like a princess. She has a 4 legged sister too! Who Nina’s helping be more confident. They are a perfect match!

🆘 We need a cat rescue!! Help!!!

There were a litter of kittens born in Mandy and Ryan’s barn. They are now running around fearlessly! We are so worried that they will be harmed by one of the dogs accidentally. We know nothing about cats and don’t know what to do! Please help!!!

If you are a cat rescuer, please reach out and give us some advice. Are there any rescues who aren’t full who would want the kittens? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Local Shih Tzu looking for a new home.

We were contacted by an elderly couple who can no longer care for their dog. Here is what we know about him…

He is around 7 years old. He is not neutered. Not good with small children but great with adults. He’s never met other dogs so they don’t know how he’d do with them. He’s house broken and up to date on immunizations.

Our sweet friend and rockstar volunteer, Kristen brought us this gift!

After seeing the art work of, Cat Crazy Graphics, Kristen decided to have a pillow made of Baylu! So incredibly nice of her!!

Baylu, was our family dog we recently lost. The loss was devastating to Mandy and her family…just devastating. But reminders like this that he is still with us, are very healing. He is forever in our hearts, (and our pillow)!!

Buddy had a meet and greet yesterday!

He was such a good boy! But sadly, not the right fit. It’s always so hard when this happens. It breaks your heart when your dogs are rejected. But, we understand Buddy is a bit of a challenge and needs a special home.

Tovin got to go on a country side walk, with our rockstar team member, Charity! 🎉

Tovin, has been with us for about a year now. Which makes no sense. He’s incredible, loves to cuddle, loves to play, and is down for any adventure! He needs to be an only dog in the house. And he sure loves the quiet country life. He’s pretty low maintenance!
