All of us at Epic Veterinary Health wish you and your family a safe and happy Halloween! 🎃🐾

We hope your night is full of fun, costumes, and plenty of treats. Speaking of treats, here's a gentle reminder to keep all Halloween candy and sweets out of reach of your pets. Chocolate, xylitol (found in sugar-free candies and gum), and raisins are especially dangerous for dogs and cats and can cause serious illness very quickly.

Keep the candy bowl up high, remind little ones not to share their goodies with the pets, and dispose of wrappers where pets can't reach them.

If you suspect your pet has gotten into something they shouldn't have, please don't wait. Reach out to the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center at 888.426.4435 right away.

Have you heard of Epic Veterinary Health but aren't sure how it all works? Let us introduce ourselves! 🐾🩵

We are a mobile veterinary practice, which means we come to you. No loading up the car, no waiting rooms, no stress for you or your pet. We bring the care right to your door. We mostly see dogs, cats, goats, pigs, cows, and horses.

Our mobile unit is fully equipped for surgery, X-rays, and blood work, so you might be surprised by just how much we can handle right at your home. One travel fee gets us to your door! We can see all your pets during the visit, so if you have more than one animal, we can care for the whole family in one stop.

Each scheduled pet will receive an examination and a customized health plan. We discuss the plan and costs along the way. We don't like surprises either, so we help make sure you don't get any.

We also host pop-up clinics throughout the area, where the travel fee is waived. It is a great way to meet us and experience our care close to home. If you are curious about upcoming pop-up locations, how we work, or are ready to schedule a visit, we would love to hear from you.
