🤠 BARREL RACERS — WE NEED YOUR INPUT! 🏁
We’re getting ready to start putting on some barrel races here at our facility, and before we start planning everything out, we want to hear from Y’ALL!
We want to put on jackpots that people actually WANT to come to. Not just somewhere to make a run, but somewhere you enjoy hauling to, spending the day, and coming back to!
So let’s hear it! 👇
What are your NON-NEGOTIABLE wants, needs, and desires when attending a barrel race?
Things like:
🐴 GOOD FOOTING — What makes or breaks an arena for you?
🚛 PARKING — Plenty of room? Easy access? Room for bigger rigs?
🍔 CONCESSIONS — What kind of food and drinks do you want available?
⏱️ RUNNING ORDER — Do you prefer a smooth, organized race with minimal downtime?
🌙 LIGHTING — Good lighting for evening and nighttime runs?
🪑 SHADE & SEATING — Places to sit, relax, and watch?
🚻 CLEAN BATHROOMS — Something we all appreciate!
🏆 PAYOUTS — What makes a jackpot worth entering?
📋 ORGANIZATION — What are some things you wish more producers would do?

We have the arena to run a standard-sized pattern, and we also have the ability to set up a smaller pattern.
👉 Would y’all rather see:
• Standard-sized patterns?
• Smaller, tighter patterns?
• A mixture of both depending on the jackpot?
SIDE POTS & INCENTIVES!
What side pots do y’all LOVE seeing at jackpots? And which ones are you not a fan of?
Would you like to see:
• Youth / Peewee
• Senior
• Adult

• Average awards
• Futurity / Derby
• Horse incentives
• 1D or 2D side pots
• Other special incentives?
And what side pots do you feel are a waste of money or just not worth entering?
