Just a reminder for everyone as we go into 2026. I operate by appointment ONLY
Mon-Sat 8am-11am & 2pm-5pm
Sun 2pm-5pm only.
Please notify us via text @ 417-259-2620 asap if your scheduled time needs to change.
Late fees will apply after a 10-minute grace period.
It is very important to keep a strict schedule as I operate primarily solo and have to ensure all pets are in their kennel prior to you arriving.

Also, a few policy updates and important information....
**Prices will be Increasing as of June 1st, 2026. Any reservations made for June 1st through the remainder of the year will be at increased rates. The new rates will be $30 per night for the first dog & $25 per night for any additional dogs (multi-pet discount).
*I will now be implementing a late fee for anyone over 10 minutes late without notice. So sorry about this, but it has become a major issue and throws off my whole schedule.
*I will also be sending a generic reminder text the day before each appointment for confirmation of scheduled times.

**Updates will be emailed and posted on our page. Please follow us on Facebook and provide an updated email address at your next visit to stay up to date on all new announcements. We do have some exciting new things in the works!!

*We will be making a few updates to the lobby area over the next few weeks so please bear with us as we make some changes.

***We will be offering full grooming services very soon!!! We are so excited about this new edition and cannot wait to spoil your fur babies with a relaxing haircut and bath! Grooming schedule to be determined and more information to come soon!

*If you have anyone in your family interested in volunteering or an internship with us, please have them reach out! I would love to speak with them!

*My family and I have several vacations planned this year and I may be closed a little more than normal. This includes being closed over Christmas this year. I am so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause! I promise this will not be a regular thing. Grooming schedule TBD during these times and dates are subject to change slightly. This also depends on business growth and new staffing as well.

I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas!! Thank you to my wonderful clients that let me spend Christmas with their sweet babies and thank you to everyone that brought me a gift and/or sent me a text today. I appreciate each of you so much!!

Just a reminder.... All drop off and pick ups are by appointment ONLY between 8am-11am & 2pm-5pm Mon-Sat & 2pm-5pm only on Sunday. I operate primarily solo and live on the same property so this ensures I am able to provide a structured schedule for my clients and guests and know when to expect clients showing up at my residence. I try my best to be as flexible as possible if someone needs an appointment time outside of the listed hours and have not implemented late fees as of now. However, tardiness, no shows, and last minute cancelations have become an increasing issue. Beginning 01/01/2026 I will be implementing stricter policies and charging a late fee for continued tardiness. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!! We were completely booked out and had the best time ever here at Ellie's Critter Corral!! The holidays have been a blast for us so far! Effective immediately- New Hours!!
In order to properly and efficiently care for all guests, Ellie's Critter Corral will be operating on more limited hours. All drop-offs and pick-ups will still be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY during the following hours:

Mon-Sat- 8am-11am & 2pm-5pm
Sun- 2pm-5pm ONLY

If these times do not work for you please feel free to reach out and I will try to be as flexible as possible. Anything outside of regular hours may be charged a $10 fee.

Please be punctual- continued tardiness to appointments may result in late fees as it interupts our schedule and interferes with other client's appointments. Please call/text as soon as possible to let us know if you are running late.

We completely understand that vacation plans may vary and appointment times may need to be adjusted. It is greatly appreciated for drop-off/pick-up appointments to be set at least 24 hours in advance and adjusted if necessary.

Diva is a sweetheart! She had a great time during her stay with us and loved all the 4th of July festivities! She is still looking for her forever home.

Diva is staying at Ellie's Critter Corral for the holiday and having a blast! She can't wait to fit in as well in a forever home. She is ready for adoption at phpdr.org
