📣 Hey friends! Please read below for a quick reminder! 📣

I’m experiencing a high volume of late drop offs😆 Just a reminder, I am a one man show who can only do so much at once! My drop off time is always 7:30-8 am unless discussed otherwise. My doors will open right at 7:30 and be closed at 8am so I can start bathing without interruptions and set backs. If I have a client that shows up late and I’m in the middle of bathing one of your pups, I cannot leave the dog unsupervised (for their safety) in the bathtub to check in another client. After I get all my drop offs at 8, I start bathing until about 9:30, which is just an hour and a half to bathe multiple dogs. If one shows up late, it inevitably sets back my bathing and grooming schedule and I may not get to your pup that day, nor would you be able to pick them up at a decent time. If you are running late PLEASE message me and give me a heads up so I can at least plan and try to take your pup that day if I still am able to. I am very lenient and willing to work with all of my clients but I need a heads up so I can try to work something out. If you are late without notice, a fee may apply.
