Fall is in the air and time for Muddy Creek Team Trials is coming up!
Two dogs, two shooters, either dog can point, either dog can back, either dog can retrieve. 10 pts. for the find, 5 pts. for the back, 10 pts. for the retrieve. Thirty-minute brace, Plant six birds each brace, time called at fifth find bird to hand. Perfect score is five finds, five backs and five retrieves for a total of 125 pts. Tie breaker is time remaining. We are going to do third Saturday October-April again this year with October 18th. being our first get-to-gether. Youth participants are welcome and encouraged. New participants are welcome and encouraged! We are going to do award jackets for both highpoint dog of the year and a jacket each for highpoint team of the year. Nice embroidered jackets. Coffee, pop, lunch provided, indoor restroom. Looking forward to a good season! Plan ahead!

I thought this is a really nice picture on a hot ol day of a dog long nosing his bird hot or not! This pup is a Muddy Creek Carl's Dottie x Muddy Creek King Louie pup name "R***r" that belongs to Niel Falk, Ceresco, NB.

This is a nice dog out of Muddy Creek Elly Mae x Muddy Creek What A Jasper we are finishing for Max Griner from Phoenix, Az. If you wonder why he is so dirty it ain't dirt! We turned the horses out to eat grass and all the dogs are going around covered in horse p**p. They make themselves right at home.

We moved our sign and Warren Rhumes did a paint job on it! The old dog is a little raggedy looking next to the new paint job but maybe the old dog might get him a new paint job one of these days. Thanks to Warren.

Muddy Creek Kennel trains all Pointing Dog Breeds and specialize in German Shorthair Pointer. We have trained full time professionally since 1993. We raise approximately 10,000 Bob White Quail for training and shoot approximately 70-80 pointed birds for every dog we finish.
