There’s something extra special about fall in North Georgia! 🍂💛 The beautiful blue skies, crisp morning air, colorful leaves, and sunshine make this time of year absolutely magical at Angels on Horseback in Jasper, GA! 🍁☀️

Our favorite way to enjoy this gorgeous weather? Spending time with our amazing horses and the wonderful people who make our mission so special! 🐴❤️ Whether it’s a peaceful moment in the barn, time in the arena, or simply enjoying the beauty of the season, we’re grateful for every moment we get to share.

Fall reminds us to slow down, enjoy the little things, and appreciate the healing power of horses. 💕🍂

We hope you're enjoying this beautiful season as much as we are! Tell us in the comments: What’s your favorite thing about fall? 🍁👇

Thank you for being part of our Angels on Horseback family! 💙💛 Rise with the season, everyone, and let the beauty of fall lift you up! 😊

🐴💙 WANTED: A VERY SPECIAL HORSE OR PONY! 💙🐴

Help Angels on Horseback Find Our Next Therapeutic Riding Partner!

Sometimes, the best therapy horse isn’t the fanciest horse in the barn. ❤️

Angels on Horseback is searching for a special horse or pony to join our herd and help us continue changing lives through therapeutic riding and lessons.

We are looking for an experienced horse who is kind, gentle, steady, reliable, sound, willing, and SAFE around children. Most importantly, we want a horse who enjoys their job and would love a quieter, more rewarding career.

✨ We are NOT looking for a fancy show horse.
✨ Safety and temperament are our #1 priorities.

We would love to hear about horses who may be:

🐴 Stepping down from a more demanding career
🎓 Looking for a new home because their rider is heading off to college
🏆 Finished with their competitive career
💙 Ready for a quieter job with lots of love and attention
🌿 Looking for a place where they can become part of a herd and make a difference in the lives of children

🐎 Our Ideal Horse/Pony

• Age: 8–16 years old (17 maximum)
• Height: 14–16 hands
• Sound and healthy
• Steady, reliable, and willing
• People-loving and comfortable around children
• Experienced and confident in their work
• Ready for a new chapter and a less strenuous job
• Ideally available through a FREE CARE LEASE

We believe horses have an incredible way of helping people heal, grow, learn, and find confidence. ❤️

We are looking for that special horse who may be ready to slow down—but isn’t finished making a difference.

If you think you have a horse or pony who could be the perfect fit for Angels on Horseback, we would love to hear from you!
