Keith Warren has been preaching this for years. Many years, waaaaay before anyone caught on to the government fraud. Now everyone is getting it. This man left the great state of Texas because of his beliefs. And he was right when he literally was the only one. Think about that. Texas Parks and Wildlife is 100% wrong on CWD. The plot thickens.

Want to know why Republican-controlled states still have not protected private-property rights from the open-fields doctrine? Look at Texas. Republican State Rep. Will Metcalf represents House District 16 around Conroe, Montgomery, and Willis, and he chaired the committee that received HB 1379, a bipartisan bill requiring game wardens to have permission, probable cause, a warrant, or an emergency before entering private property.

The bill was sent to Metcalf’s committee in March 2025. His committee held 18 meetings after that, but he never allowed HB 1379 to even receive a hearing or a vote. People close to the bill say it had enough support to pass, but Metcalf never gave it the chance. When you are the chairman and you refuse to bring a bill forward, you are responsible for helping kill it.

It would be a real shame if Republican voters around Conroe, Montgomery, Willis, Cut and Shoot, and Panorama Village found out their representative helped bury a bipartisan bill protecting the Constitution and private-property rights.
