JUSTICE FOR MIRACLE

Dawn Lipford has been sentenced to 5 years probation. Register under Dexter's law, 300 hrs community service at 20 hours a month, a mandatory mental health evaluation, no pets for 5 years, and will become a convicted felon.

Waiting for Judge Salvador to return from her chambers with her sentence for Dawn Lipford.

Ms. Lipford has shown no remorse today and swears she fed Miracle twice a day until the day she left him alone on side a that desolate street.

The ACPS Veterinarian testified that Miracle had completely empty intestines and only had leaves and a 1/2 of cup of water as stomach contents the day of the necropsy. Also, the veterinarian could find NO fat anywhere in the body. 0 % body fat = a long, cruel process of starvation.

The State is asking for 5 years in prison!
