PLEASE KEEP UP WITH YOUR DOGS GROOMING SCHEDULE. I absolutely can not do reminder calls to every single client of mine. I am EXTREMELY busy running my business, grooming, working at the hospital, and taking care of my household. On top of that , I have to keep up with my clients that are in the membership programs. I am a small business, and It's only Mattie grooming during the week. Sometimes on Saturdays as well. I am a one to one grooming salon that give quality work to each dog. Once my system boots you out past 6 weeks. I can't do anything. You are left with a few options..if your dog qualify for the membership program you may join that. Membership packages are not for any (OODLES). Also your dog can not be matted or have behavior issues during grooming. Next, you may pay your deposits for the rest of this year. If you plan on staying with Small World 2027 , you will have to pre pay deposits for 3 or 6 months at a time. I give appointment cards and write ✍️🏾 on the report cards when you need to book. If keeping a monthly schedule is too much for some, maybe a bigger dog grooming salon may work better for some. You can pop in whenever you like with those salons. It makes my job much harder to do when I don't see dogs monthly, and definitely their behavior changes. I hope you all find a groomer that will cater to your dogs like I do. Thank you to my clients that always pre book, and keep up with their dogs schedule. I really appreciate you all. Hoildays are soon, and we all know all grooming salons get swamped with appointments.
