To my beautiful Small World Family, please keep up with your dogs appointments. Unfortanaly, I am not able to contact every single one of my clients about your dogs important professional hygiene care. You all look at your dogs on a daily basis and can see how they look and definitely how they feel. I will definitely give you your appointment cards during pick up and I will write on their report cards the week you would need to book. I have the membership packages that most of my clients are in. ( MEMBERSHIP IS NOT FOR OODLE CLIENTS). The membership clients have the privilege of booking months ahead of every and also extra services as well. They do not have to go online to book. They tell me a date, time and I do the booking for them. It's saving a load of money as well. Membership are not for clients that do not do any type of home care, like brushing or combing to avoid mats. Also behavior, I will have to charge extra and that's not saving you money. Again if you forget to book, and the system boots you out, their is nothing I can do. Most clients PRE -BOOK their appointments to avoid not getting in. Hoildays are soon, and once I am full. Thats it. JANUARY 2027 I WILL BE CLOSED THE ENTIRE MONTH. Any questions feel free to contact during BUSINESS HOURS.

As the Ceo of Small World, my goal is to make each dog I groom look amazing, and definitely feel better. To potential new clients, please do not book my services if you do not plan on keeping a monthly schedule for your dog 4 to 6 weeks. I won't be the right groomer for you. Some dogs definitely loose focus and their behavior is different because I have not groomed them in so long. Some clients I have not seen for two, three, four, six months or longer. Then they book out of nowhere 😳🤷🏽‍♀️, and Fluffy comes in looking a mess. Well I am here to say, if you can not keep a schedule of 4 to 6 weeks.Thank you for the time you have supported me ❤️. I wish you and Fluffy the best, and I hope you can find a salon that will fit your needs. I am a smaller business and I and very detailed with my craft. My prices have not been raised for many years, and I do a lot more than most salons here in Jacksonville do. I do not use crates in my salon, I groom one dog at a time, I give photos to the owners with any service they book and so much more. My regular monthly clients already know all of the extra things I do for their dogs that is not part of my services, or other salon will not do or they will charge more. I do not do reminder calls or texts. I will write down the week you will need to book on your dogs report cards. It is up to you to keep up with your dogs hygiene care. If I care more for (YOUR) dog's hygiene care than you do..........I am definitely not the groomer for you. You do not always have to book FULL GROOMS. I have mini grooms, baths, ears, nails, dog facials, and much more. Thank you to my clients that always pre book their dogs appointments. Some clients are booked out until DECEMBER. PEACE, LOVE, AND HAPPINESS FOR MY HANDSOME KREME AND HIS BEAUTIFUL FAMILY 🤎. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy Kreme for an entire week, while you and your husband enjoy your vacation. Kreme had so much fun with his cousins Koollee and Nuggy 😂😂😂. They thought we added another addition to the family 😂🤣🤣. Kreme ran around and played in the yard with his cousins. He enjoyed all the toys and just feeling at home with us. Kreme definitely enjoyed his spa day. Kreme is such a sweet , well behaved fur baby. We really enjoyed him so much. Happy birthday to me !!. I made it another year. Thank you God for allowing me to reach the age I am. I'm older and much wiser. Thank you God for my family and my Small World Family. Some people didn't wake up this morning...but I did. 2026 is gonna be my year. Thank you to all my clients that wished me a happy birthday 🎂. You all are amazing 👏🏽.
