Happy Pride Month!

It’s time to lift up, celebrate, listen to, and support our LGBTQIA friends and family. We’ve never understood why something as simple as being your true authentic self becomes politicized. It’s difficult to not be disheartened by current news and events. There’s a looming feeling that we’re slipping backwards.

This is why Pride month is important. These stories need to be told. These people deserve to be celebrated. There’s more work to be done, more conversations to be had, and more to continue fighting for.

We want our LGBTQIA patrons to know that when they walk through our doors they can be themselves and will still be safe, welcomed, and treated with respect.
