IF SAID ANIMAL IS FOUND NOT TO BE HEALTHY OR THERE IS SOMETHING GENETICALLY WRONG WITH IT, I THE BUYER,MAY RETURN SAID ANIMAL"ALIVE" FOR REPLACEMENT OF SAME VALUE.IF,AND ONLY IF, SAID ANIMAL HAS BEEN EVALUATED BY THE BUYER'S VETERINA

RIAN AND A WRITTEN STATEMENT, FROM THE BUYER'S VETERINARIAN, IS ACCOMPANIED ALONG WITH SAID ANIMAL. IF IN THE EVENT OF REPLACEMENT BUYER WILL PICK REPLACEMENT TO MACH IF ALL POSSIBLE.
