“From the moment Crystal’s adorable pink Pups Mobile Grooming van pulled up, I knew Beau was in for something special! Crystal immediately recognized that I’m an artist and would care deeply about how Beau looked and felt. She treated him not just as a grooming appointment, but as a little masterpiece in the making.

As a first-time dog owner, especially with a high-maintenance breed like a cocker spaniel, I had so many questions — and Crystal took the time to patiently guide me through how to properly care for Beau between grooming visits. She didn’t just rush through the appointment; she gave him so much love, attention, and truly beautiful care. He came out looking absolutely handsome and feeling happy.
