Doing a little fall cleaning? Consider donating some of your unwanted stuff to us! Happy Tails will have its own special area at Purrfect Thrift’s upcoming Community Yard Sale on Sunday, Sept. 21 (details in comments) and we’re seeking smaller sized goods for our fundraising efforts. Knick knacks, toys, small household items, costume jewelry, pet stuff, toys, craft items, etc are some suggestions.

Donations can be left in the bin outside our Hudson shelter or to the yardsale site day of.

(We cannot accept clothing or large items like furniture, but thanks for thinking of us ❤️)

We can all agree: tabbies are terrific! The finest examples of bright-eyed, gentle young tabby ladies, sweet sisters Esmeralda and Ruby are just over a year old, with so much love to share!

Intially quite shy, these stunning “brunettes” once preferred to play it safe in the shadows, but now, with some gentle reassurances, eagerly await scratches with raspy purrs. We feel Esmeralda and Ruby could go home together OR to separate homes, though they’d definitely appreciate a compatible kitty friend or two ❤️🐾

These deserving, beautiful girls have been in the shelter for almost 80 days- diamonds in the rough that sparkle the brightest. They need you….and maybe you need them too ❤️🐾

Beautiful Tatia is looking for her loving, forever home. She is approx. 2 years old and she’s a super sweet girl. Tatia was left behind after her previous people moved. All Tatia wants is to be loved. She loves people and she gets along well with our other shelter cat Alo (who is also available for adoption).

No rest for the weary this holiday weekend! We were pretty busy sending many of our sweet babies off to their beautiful rest-of-their lives ❤️🐾 Uno, Ubby, and Enya have gone home!

Oh these girls! They’ve been with us since May and have gotten little interest, but we promise they have so much love to give. Joan Jette, the 4 year old tortie, and Edwina, the 2 year old calico, have formed an unbeatable bond in the meantime…ever had a ride or die kinda bestie who you tell all your secrets too, love having lunch with, and could spend hours talking about everything and nothing? That’s these two! Need more furry love in your home? Apply to adopt these beauties or come meet them during our Sept. 6 Hudson Open House ❤️🐾

Courtesy post- have you seen Chloe? This 7 lb Siamese gal was last seen in the Springwood Circle (Hudson) area. Her family dearly misses her so please be on the lookout and let us know if you have any sightings - she’s friendly.

Hello everyone. My name is Alo. I am a girl cat and I am approx. 2 years old. I was living in a garden center and I was rescued by some pretty amazing people. They brought me to the vet where I received a complete physical and had all my vaccinations brought up to date. I am healthy and ready for my loving forever home. I’ve been told that I am a Russian Blue. What do you think? I have the most beautiful green eyes. My gorgeous eyes will mesmerize you. I am friendly and sweet. I will do best in a quiet home. No young children is recommended. No dogs also recommended. Maybe a super duper sweet friendly cat?? Do you have a Russian Blue at home that would like another Russian Blue friend?
