We are celebrating our AAHA accreditation! We were first accredited in 1988. What is an AAHA accreditation mean? The accreditation signifies that a veterinary practice has met or exceeded the standards set by the American Animal Hospital Association. The accreditation indicates a commitment to high quality care and continuous improvement. This is a voluntary commitment that means the practice demonstrates excellence in various aspects of veterinary care, including patient care, pain management, and medical record keeping. Only 15% of veterinary practices have undergone the rigorous accreditation process. Thank you to our staff for all their hard work.

Thank you to all who joined us for our ribbon cutting ceremony and our open house yesterday! We have truly loved caring for all of your furry family members over the years and we are incredibly excited to continue to do so in our new facility!

Violet was all smiles this morning as she was our first patient in our new facility! Radiology has been moved and we are working on the rest! We are hoping to be seeing all of our clients in our new hospital starting on Tuesday!

A & R Alpaca Farm and Gift Shop will have Alpaca shearing is this Saturday May 17th here at our farm. We start at 8 am and work until finished. Our shearers come from Australia and are very fast and efficient. So many alpaca folks skip shearing because they can’t find anyone. If anyone wants to bring there animals here Saturday they just need to let me know and we will fit them in. If you have time and want to come check it out we would love to see you. This morning our practice manager, intern veterinary student from Auburn and one of our veterinary technicians were ask to participate in career day at Cherry Hill Elementary! We absolutely love getting to share our love for veterinary medicine with our community! It’s always a good time when sweet dogs get to hang out with cool kids! 🩺🐾📚
