I’ve had three text tonight of ppl wanting in next week for grooming( I have no openings). This is why I tell each and every one of you to keep a reoccurring appointment there’s one of me and A LOT of you. Also threatening me with going somewhere else won’t make me magically have an appointment available. Agin there’s one of me and a lot of you, however I try my best to work everyone in for grooming but sometimes it’s just not possible. I appreciate the ones who rebook at each appointment as that assures your spot for grooming and also helps keep my schedule consistent. I understand things come up and I will do my best to rebook you as soon as I can. Thank you all for your understanding and patience.
